done quickly. I contacted Rocky Escamilla in early March 2014 to get water mains installed for 2 mobile homes. When I contacted him I told him about issues I had with a previous contractor and he said he would contact the water company and see what he could find out. About three weeks later I made contact with him and he said he has all water company issues straightened out and would be out that same week to install the meters. He arrived at my home at 7am just like he said he would and had the meters installed by 2 that afternoon. He actually went a little farther and installed valves for me the same day and told me not to worry about the cost. He did what he said he would do and more and got it all
