Description of Work: Replaced a hose on toilet. Had other issues with sinks, and water meter. He left and called back to say he would send someone else out to finish repairs. Nobody ever came back. Had to use another plumber.

Description of Work: I had twisted off a connection, while trying to install a new cutoff valve, when changing RO filters under my kitchen sinkt I had a DR. appt. that morning and had no water to clean up before going. He moved me to the head of the line and fixed my problem so I could keep the appt.
