I went to the office told them I had a few shingles missing from my roof gave them my address they said they would take a look and call me back. I should have known this would be the beginning of what's to come. I never got a call back, so I went to the office but she did have my quote on a receipt so I went ahead and paid it since it was a reasonable amount. 2 weeks passed from the day I was told my roof would be fixed. I called her she said she was sorry set a date for it to be fixed then another 2 weeks pass..... I go to the office AGAIN I tell this lady its been a month and she acted surprised and said someone would be there tomorrow to my surprise they showed up..... Worked for 45 min then left.... Well the first high wind we got in town and most of the work flew off..... this was only 2 months after the work was done. I then went to the office and she said they don't guarantee their work if its patch work...... to make this story short cause its a long one I've called MANY times showed up at the office MANY times and every time I'm told someone will be there since it was only 8 shingles that flew off. WELL THEY SUCK.... Its October 1st and I'm still waiting. Definitely not worth the money I paid for.... yes I will be contacting the BBB
