 + 10 moreThis was an AMAZINGLY pleasant experience,that I had been putting off for years because I dreaded it,and was fearful of being ripped off.Micah instantly made us feel at ease,and was so thorough in explaining the entire process.He showed us where we could save some money,and where we should spend to get the highest price value for our home.Our home sold in six days after listing it for sale!My only regret was not doing this for ourselves,I was kind of sad to have to move after seeing it all done!We will most definitely be using Micah/M D Construction to help us update our new home which in Austin,and thankfully he is willing to travel!Overall,I cannot thank them enough for an amazing job,helping us make a quick sale,and making us feel so much better about the idea of future projects.
Description of Work: M D Construction renovated pretty much every room in my home.New Countertops installed in kitchen,along with a fresh coat of paint,custom tile backsplash,and new cabinets hung.Crown moulding was installed and painted throughout my entire 1,600 square foot home,and paint as well in every room besides laundry room and garage.Bathroom received a new vanity,new tile in the shower,and a custom two toned paint job.Master bedroom also has custom paint,and a built in entertainment center custom designed and built.Master bathroom also was painted,new vanity installed,and had some tile work repaired in the shower.
