+ -1 moreNo need to say more, I have covered it all in one report. Bottom line Precision Air can be counted on for good service.
Description of Work: I have been doing business with Kevin and the guys for about 8 years now. I have watched servicemen come and go and was always disappointed that my serviceman found a better position. However, they were always replaced by an equally qualified serviceman. You can count on these guys for quick service, even after hours (a slightly higher service rate however). I recommend Precision Air with no reservations what so ever. You can count on them being very qualified and informed of the newest thing in the industry. Yet, they will never try and sell you something that you really do not want. I started with Precision Air after having a totally outrageous estimate from a local competitor that I had been using for a few years. Precision Air came out gave me much better method of repair for a fraction of the cost. Since I have started using Precision Air, I replaced both of my units and am very happy with both of them. I had replaced units on 2 different occasions before and was not happy about either one of them. I have every expectation that I will continue to use Precision Air in the future.

+ -1 morePrecision Aire's estimate was slightly higher than the other two, but their estimate was more thorough and detailed. They clearly itemized what work would be done and what would be covered with the installation Their estimate was the most professional one we received. We have been very satisfied with their work. They came in and installed the unit in a very timely manner. We still maintain a yearly maintenance schedule with them.
Description of Work: My husband got estimates from three companies for a new air conditioner unit. We decided on Precision Aire even though they were not the cheapest price.

+ -1 moreI have a contract with them. I think they are just wonderful. The guy who comes all the time is so personable, pleasant and efficient. He makes sure that we only get what we need and we don’t have any extras. They are honest.
