He communicated frequently throughout the process and assisted in having our plumbing repaired, ceiling repaired from the damage from the pipe that burst, removed all the damaged Sheetrock as a result of the water that damaged the ceiling, walls, and flooring, and worked in getting everything back to the way it was with significant improvements. He arrived on the scene within 24 hours of the mishap and we had a plan in place. He also communicated effectively with the insurance company so that the work was approved by the insurance company and a check was sent to us to get the repairs paid for. Briant is extremely trustworthy and dependable!

The contractor/litigator was very reliable, dependable and respectful. He was very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. Communication was a plus. Would definitely use again if needed.
