The home we recently purchased was a bit of a fixer-upper. The pool was no exception. The tiles were popping, the coping was crumbling, and there was a crack across the bottom. We hired Texoma Country Pools and Spas to fix and renovate the pool. They were a pleasure to work with. They helped us pick out suitable materials for the job, recommended changes to the pool to make it easier to maintain, and explained clearly the costs and time involved. I was concerned about the part of the work they subcontracted out, but their subcontractors were experts at what they did. We now have a gorgeous pool that is easy to care for and a pleasure to use. I highly recommend Texoma Country Pools.

Before we started planning our swimming pool project, we were nervous about which pool company to select. But, after meeting Pete, all our worries were addressed, and he designed exactly what we wanted. Work began on time, stayed within budget and was completed at the end of July as promised. His crew did a fantastic job and made our dream backyard come true. We are so glad we chose Texoma Country Pools and Spas to design and construct our swimming pool. Everything was done to our satisfaction and our pool has been worth every penny spent. The other important detail that we feel sets Texoma Country Pools and Spas apart from other pool companies is the ongoing support we have received this last year as we have learned to maintain our pool. Anytime we have needed they have been responsive and helpful to our questions and have always gone out of their way to ensure our pool stays beautiful!

It took Texoma Country Pools and Spas nearly 4 months to construct our pool. We signed a contract on Feb. 5th, they didn't begin construction until March 5th and by Memorial Day we still didn't have a pool we could swim in. They were the most difficult contractors to deal with in the entire construction of our new home, barns and fencing. There were several missed scheduled start dates, no shows and excuse after excuse. Their employees were argumentative, unprofessional and not at all interested in pleasing us or our home builder. In the end, I realized that although we had plumbing and a heater for our spa, there was no blower or air intake for therapeutic jets. We were told (and our contract stated) that the spa would have 6 therapeutic jets and in fact when completed did not. We were told they could add a blower at our expense. Because this group of people were so difficult to deal with, I hired another company to install the blower and to do cleaning and maintenance on our pool. I certainly do not recommend Texoma Country Pools and Spas!

Very good. They provide as much help as they can over the phone before scheduling an appointment to make certain it is necessary. I took my DE filter in because I could not get it back together after cleaning and they put it together for at no charge. Always helpful, always giving tips to save money. Will always use them.

Sales and service experience was pleasant. The staff are very knowledgeable about pools and their upkeep.

They've been wonderful! They do great work, and I've never had a problem.
