Description of Work: We arrived in Texas to return a relative to his home after a 2 week vacation. While away from home, fleas had infested the empty warm house. Although this company was very busy, they scheduled us for an appointment in 3 days. They were very efficient and helpful and professional. They Offered tips and advice on what to do after they treated the home. What a horror! UG. Relieved professionals could rescue us, even if we had to wait a few days.

Description of Work: They sprayed for bed bugs. It was ineffective because they only sprayed certain areas not all over like they said they would nor did they spray mattresses, beds, and baseboards. Had to call them out a second time and it took them two weeks to get out here. Still had bugs after this second spray and we spent another $700 using a heat treatment method from a lone pest control guy.

Description of Work: We had a Florida carpenter ant infestation,as well as a wasp problem.The ants were in the ceiling above a closet;the wasps were swarming outside 2nd story windows and in the eaves. They fogged the attic not just for ants but for other bugs as well. They also sprayed the eaves for the wasps and the perimeter of the house for other pests. They will be returning every other month to keep the ants at bay.

Description of Work: This was the second estimate we received for termite treatment for an individual home. It was $600.00 less than Terminex. We elected to use Orkin because we wanted a nationally known company. The salesperson was pleasant and professional, but gave us the idea that termite treatment would be covering the walls. He also described instilling insecticide around the perimeter of the house. He told us it would take 2-3 hours. When the technician arrived, he was not prepared for the steep hill the house sat on, and had to send for additional hose. He did other parts of the treatment while waiting for hose. It took 8 hours exactly to complete treatment on this steep, rocky hillside. The technician obviously had not been told what the job involved. The technician was very polite, very calm when a very friendly, but very large dog got away from me and went toward him. He could not have been a better person to calmly explain the life cycle of termites, why and how to treat for them. Really, he could not have been a better person to deal with.
