Absolutely fantastic! they were here the time they said and they cleaned up everything! Mary answered the phone every time I called her and answered all my questions. Carlos came out to look at my tree and he walked around and knew exactly what he needed to do.

I got home from an out-of-town trip, and this old tree (that had been leaning a bit) had apparently shifted due to wind and rainy conditions. Limbs were brushing my roof, and, had it shifted any further, would have fallen through half my house. I called Lone Start Tree & Roofing; they set an appointment for the following afternoon to take a look and provide a quote. The following afternoon, they called to confirm the appointment, which I appreciated due to my crazy schedule.... I got the very reasonable quote and scheduled service for the following morning; Carlos and his crew arrived at the time specified, took the tree down and cut it in to firewood length pieces as promised (not split, as we'd discussed). They mulched the small stuff and left me as much as I wanted; everything else was taken with them, and all debris from the job was cleaned very thoroughly from my yard. The work was top quality; the price was reasonable; the timeliness was exceptional and the friendly, professional and just plain NICE interactions was icing on the cake :-) I can't recommend them more highly, and I will have them out to do additional work in a month or two. I'm looking forward to having all the trees in my yard "cleaned up" and the other troublesome tree taken down.

I started off talking with Mary, who was very pleasant to deal with and she even called the day Carlos was coming to do the estimate to let me know he was going to be a few minutes late, you don't get service like that much anymore! Carlos was also very pleasant to deal with during the estimate and gave a very fair price. The day of the removal Carlos and his crew showed up on time and got right to work. They work very well and are extremely accomodating and careful in their work. Carlos does business the right way, which is to take care of the customer! Completely pleased with the service and would definitely hire again if the need arises. I don't usually write reviews and I am very picky about how things are done! I expect a certain level of service and Lone Star delivered above and beyond!

Carlos and His crew arrived on time, started the work that we agreed on. I was really impressed with the way they worked together very efficient and organized.During the process my Wife made a remark about another tree she was concerned about that was not included on the initial bid so I asked Carlos what He would charge to remove it and He quoted Me a very fair price.This gentleman seems to be to Me a very honest and competent individual who cares about His reputation.I will definitely be using His service again.
