carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreWe recently purchased a home with a white carpet in the master suite. White is not a good color for us; between our pets and my gardening, dirt inevitably gets tracked in. I called Grayson Recovery Services to clean the carpet because I've had some bad experiences with carpet cleaners in the past and wanted one that wouldn't just push the dirt around. While Grayson Recovery Services is relatively expensive, they're highly professional and do a great job. I'm happy I hired them.

After two upstairs leaks and one downstairs leak, they came to dry our mess. Fast and prompt service. Derek, the Production Manager, was always easily accessible by phone or text, was informative, and took his time to answer all of my dumb questions. They came in with a plan, showed up when they said they would, and executed. We are back to normal. They were even able to save our tile and carpet. They even worked with us on a price. At the very least, let them bid your work.
