Sean Caney came out to assess the site and gave me a very, very reasonable quote and a very quick expected installation turnaround time. The tank was delivered and installed by Joel, filled by Tim and was put into full service by Joel once our appliances were all connected. Rebecca, Joel, Tim and Sean were all knowledgeable, friendly, timely, helpful and efficient. Everything went off without a hitch and the installation was perfect. I will be using them to fill and service the tank from now on

They are wonderful. They have great customer service. If you call them and leave a message they call you back. They also do things that they don't have to do related to their service. By this I mean the time they came and set up my propane up when it started to tilt on the ground, I'm over 60 and would not have been able to manage that myself so it was great. When they were delivering propane the last time somehow the truck that came in pulled a cable that I mounted to a tree that was a cable for the dogs. They called and left a message saying they had done that, they came out and put the line back up. Really, they didn't have to do that which I really appreciated. It's a small thing that made me really like them.

I make payments and pay about $100 month. They clean out my stove when it gets dust in it. I was using another company, but, they wanted the full amount up front. I've got my propane from them for 25+- years. It is all high. I give them high ratings and will be using them in the future.
