Description of Work: My side by side refrigerator-freezer stopped working. Mr. Allen found the problem easily, said he would have to order the needed part, and promised to be back early Monday morning. On Monday morning he was there as promised, and the work was soon finished. I will certainly recommend his work and will use him again if I need appliance repair.

+ -1 moreLes did a great job and is sending us a referral for having the venting in the house cleaned out. He really took time to show me the hazard and even took time to meet our dog and put her mind at ease, too.
Description of Work: Les came out and took a look at our electric dryer that has been leaking water ever since we moved a few weeks ago. He showed us that there is nothing wrong with our dryer but that the venting in the house is clogged. He went ahead and unhooked our dryer from the vent, so I can dry clothes safely.

+ -1 moreThe entire transaction went smooth. Craig was punctual and his office provided me with a 30 minute warning that he was on the way. The entire replacement was fast and affordable. I have a Samsung side by side. In the past Craig has repaired the circuit board on my microwave, an old washing machine, a different freezer we have in our garage etc. He has also done work for my brother in the past that my brother was very happy with.
Description of Work: Craig replaced the ice controller thingymagig that controls the exit of ice and water through the door.
