Called them in July after I bought my new home and discovered my garage roof leaked. Jim came out and looked the roof over inside and out and called me and said he could fix it. Informed me the flashing need redone and it would cost 625.00 to fix. I asked if he was sure that would fix it and he replied yes not a problem. They sent a crew out that Friday and the worker told me it wouldn't fix it but he would do his job. I asked why and he said the flashing needs to go under the siding but it was wrote up to just lay over old flashing. I was puzzled but said do what you can do. I paid able Aleman roofing when they sent the bill in August but asked what guarantee I got they fixed the roof since it still hasn't rained and she told me the first good rain. When I trained my roof was leaking again so I called and it took a few calls just to get someone out and the worked on the roof again. Well it rained again about three to four weeks later and my roof still leaked. I called them again 10/23/2015 and again on the 26th and was told someone would get back with me both times. On the 28 Lane called and went out to my home and told me there were some other issue with my roof and they need to be fixed b4 they could fix the leak and he would send a crew out to estimate a cost for me. I told him I already paid him to fix my roof and he tried to explain it was like taking a car to a mechanic. I told him that his own worker told me the flashing needed to be put under the siding to fix the leak and my brother who was a roofer said the same as well as it was in my home inspectors report too. He agreed that was right and said it would cost a lot. So I told him y'all knew what y'all did would not correctly fix the roof but still did it and took my money and we're now trying to get more money from me. I told him I'm not calling him stupid but I'd be a moron to pay him again to fix my roof a second time when the weren't able to fix it the first time. The end results I still have a leaky roof

Lane Aleman came to our home and gave me a detailed estimate of the damages and the cost to repair the damage. He did not try to hard sell me, he just gave me the facts and what his company could do to fix the problem. He noticed an issue that would require a temporary repair and he sent a crew out to make the repair. Everyone who came to our home was great. The temporary repair group was very professional. They asked me to inspect their work to see if I was satisfied with their work. Lane called me to see if the temporary repair was satisfactory. He scheduled the roof repair for 7-1-2014 and his crew showed up on time. Lane came by to see if they were working and to ask me if I had any questions. They removed the old roof and replaced the new one in in about 5 hours. He had a large crew that worked very fast and very professionally. They cleaned up the area around the house and asked me if the repair work was satisfactory. Lane called me later that day to ask if the clean-up was good and was I satisfied with the work. The rain gutter crew showed up on 7-2-2014 and replaced the damaged rain gutters in about an hour and a half. Before they left they asked me if I was satisfied with their work. Lane called me to ask if the crew had been there and was I satisfied with their work. I will only use Abel Aleman roofing for any future issues and I will highly recommend their services to anyone who needs roof repair. They are professional and conduct business the old fashioned way. They tell you what they are going to do and they do it. The quality of the work was excellent, the materials were of high quality and the people I dealt with were fantastic. I am a fan.

i am in the process of getting them back out here for roof leak. It is leaking in dining room. They tore up more stuff than thy fixed!! A;ll the underpinning or is damaged and thy wont fix their damage! they did not replace everything as told and after getting out the contract and looking it over again they checked everything except in that box! so they mislead me!! there were several places of concern that my insurance inspector pointed out . They made an attempt to repair them . but, I do have a leak now so, we will see what happens now! Will they fix the roof properly and the damaged interior ? we will see!.........as of april 2014......nothing has been repaired by these people... I had to hire someone else!!

Called this company and he said he would look at the roof the next weekend. Nover heard another word from the company and have chosen someone else to use.

They were very responsive when I called to get someone out to look at my roof and repair it. I was very impressed with their professionalism. . I will definitely use them again and would not hesitate to refer people to them for roofing needs.

They did a good job and they responded very quickly. They returned all our phone calls when other places didn't. Their estimate was within the guidelines established by the insurance company. We haven’t had any trouble with the work. We would use them again.

They have always been really good with me. They are good about coming back with any issues that may come up. I will continue to use them in the future.
