Ray did an outstanding job both with a thorough treatment indoors and outdoors, and in sharing helpful information on what to expect over the next two weeks, and on things I can do for myself. I would definitely hire him again.

We needed a house treatment right away. Immediately after claiming the deal we were contacted even though it was a weekend and they managed to come out that Monday. Very happy!

Ray was awesome. He knows his pests!! He explained everything: how and why they got into my home, and how the treatments would work. He was very professional.

I had a rat stand up and wave to me in my attic and now he is going to DIE! The awesome technician, Donald, arrived promptly and treated my house for the rodents in the two attics, and the bugs inside and outside the house. He was very professional and kind and came with years of experience. He performed extra services, knocking down the spider webs and the wasps nests around the eaves, spraying around my garbage cans for mosquitoes and inside the garage for roaches. He is going to come back later to fill the hole where the rats were entering. He was here a little over 2 hours and the charge as an Angie List member was $230. .. well worth the service. I will have them back quarterly and highly recommend this company.

The exterminator was punctual - early in fact. Called before heading to my house to let me know he was on the way. Friendly and informative. Worked quickly and thorough. I haven't had any issues with any pests in the house or around the outside of the house too much.

Mr. Atchley was wonderful. He showed inspected the site of the damage, deemed it was old and cosmetic, treated it, and even guaranteed his work (He has even called to follow up to make sure all was well). I would suggest the company to anyone who was buying or just had a problem in general.

Owners were very knowledgable, assisted with follow up and product review. We have small children and pets that we were concerned about, they set our minds at ease.

Upon first contacting them until the job was completed they were very professional and courteous. We were concerned about the chemicals being harmful to our small children and they took the time and patience to explain what the chemicals were and how they worked and how they were not harmful to is or our children! It was a A++ experience from beginning to end I definitely would recommend them and plan on using them again in the future for our needs.
