Pat gave me some good tips when I called, but he would never schedule an appointment for an estimate. I figured he was busy and didn't want the work after several phone calls were not returned.

Pat has been a lifesaver! The plumbers my builder hired messed up the rough-in. I then went through two more plumbers and a half dozen estimates before finding Pat. Not only did he and Deon correctly fix the rough-in, but they also did the top out and are now in process of doing the finish out. Their customer service is great! They are competent, professional, show up without fail, and their prices are very fair.

I caught him at a very busy time and it took a while for him to get here, but it was worth the wait in the end.

We've used Patterson for quite a while now. Guess you might say we're regular customers with our poor sewer lines. Anyway, we had a gas line issue for which they went to enormous lengths to fix quickly. They were at our house from 1:00 PM till about 7:45 PM. They came back the next day for the city inspection and waited 6 hours for the city inspector to show up. When all was said and done, they didn't charge us for all the extra hours sitting and waiting. I completely expected them to charge us double man hours for the 6 hours they sat in our driveway. Great company with great work ethic. They consider the customer's needs before theirs. Rare these days.

He had worked for us for almost ten or eleven years now. Anytime I need him I can call him and he'll get to me us quickly as humanly as possible. He even came out 10 o'clock at night and he didn't charge us after hour rate. He just did it as quickly as he could. He always made it right. If something come out differently when they fixed they'll come out to take care of it. He is everyday good people.

They were courteous and quickly performed the inspection and repair. They explained the issues and answered all questions I had. All it all it was a lot easier than I figured it would be.

Service was good. Tried to call him back for repair on the water softener again and did not respond to our calls at all.

I've used Patterson Plumbing for several years. Pat is a reputable man and his employees are also. There a small company, but service is excellant, They have always been prompt with getting to me ASAP. even when that means coming out at night,He is as honest of a business as I know of. Pat has done plumbing and electrical repairs for me and if a problem arises, he is quick to get it resolved. I have nothing but praise and respect for him.

Everything went GREAT. I highly recommend Pat Patterson Plumbing. I will certainly use Pat again and I know that if you do you will not be disappointed.

I subscribed to Angie's list to find a plumbing contractor in Lubbock to do a repair on a leaking water line on my commercial property. I had 1 contractor come out but he could not fix it. i called Mr Patterson and he went out to the job. He talked to my tenant and the tenant showed him what the problem was. According to my conversation with the tenant afterwards was that he was concerned how he was going to get paid since I live out of state. He never called me back allthough I left 2 messages with him . So he was apparently not interested in fixing my problem. Therefore I definitely would not recommend Pat Patterson plumbing.

Pat has come out personally to do work on our AC system two times. The first time, we had a different company perform the work and after 2 days and several "attempts" at fixing the AC unit, with the final proposed repair quoted at $1,200, we finally called Pat Patterson after he was referred to us by our roofer. Pat came out, looked at the work done by the other company, repaired not only the other company's mess, but repaired what was originally wrong with the unit and charged us $130. We were about to be robbed by the other company and Pat came in and saved us hundreds of dollars and restored our faith in AC repairman/plumbers! He was fast, thorough and above all else, honest! We do not use anyone but Pat anymore and we would highly recommend him to anyone.

The guy works half a dozen times for me in a year. I use him a number of times in a year. I have nothing, but the praise for the whole company.

I used them for my business. I called them and they were out here within that day to fix it. It was very well. I've been using them for three years. I also use them for my house. I've always had a positive experience. They were referred to me by my father.

They were prompt. They came out and fixed the issue, but about a month later the problem reoccurred. They fixed it without charging me because they said they should have done it right the first time. I really liked them.

After our horrible experience with Payne Plumbing, it was a blessing to have Pat Patterson come out and be completely honest about the repairs and costs to our AC unit. Pat could have easily taken advantage of us and our lack of knowledge about AC repair and over-charged us like Payne Plumbing attempted to do. In the future, we will ONLY use Pat Patterson Plumbing. He is very experienced and highly knowledgeable about this line of work and above all, HE IS HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY!!! We highly recommend this company and will refer anyone who is in need of plumbing, ac and heating repairs. Thank God for honest people like Pat Patterson!
