He replaced a 3 ton unit with a 2-1/2 ton unit and completely rigged the inside unit. In the process, he ruined the inside unit causing us to have to replace it with a reputable a/c company. It ended up costing us an additional $1800 to fix what he screwed up. He left the old unit in the yard and I had to call him five times before he finally picked it up. I would not recommend Ambient Air to anyone.
Description of Work: Replaced outside air conditioning unit.

[member name removed]'s rental home was under a home warranty company. The home was actually worked on in April. We are only able to install what the home warranty pays us for. The system worked great. As far as what we "screwed" up I have no idea what she is speaking about due to the fact if it had been screwed up from the beginning it wouldn't have worked at all. I'm sorry for her misfortune.
