I was happy overall with the installation of the roof replacement on my home. I was offered the opportunity to get financing and I felt the price was very reasonable for the type of job. I had been told it would be a one day job. One of the workers became ill halfway through the first day and they left without word. I would have liked a heads up that they had to leave but would return to finish the job. I had to chase down answers. They were back the next morning to finish the job. I was a little disappointed with some damage to the siding that I was told could not be repaired and wires left hanging by the crew. The wires were quickly rectified. I was told the siding could not be replaced because it was no longer made. I find this hard to believe as there are several homes with the same type of siding so there must be SOMETHING available as a REPLACEMENT. I did not understand if they knew they had caused the damage, why they could not substitute something to cover the gaping holes. I did not care about the aesthetics at this moment. I AM concerned about rain causing damage to the interior of the walls because one of the holes is rather large. Aside from this, I am satisfied with the roof. It looks beautiful and I am happy knowing there will not be leaks from the roof. I just wish they had made more of an effort to fix or offer a remedy for the damage to the siding caused by their workers.

I had 2 years to get a new roof installed and due to C-19 it was delayed for quite some time, during that wait period I had MANY roofers come and give me a quote for a new roof and I couldn't find a local company that would deal with the insurance and charge a fair price. Ricky and Stephen answered all my questions, handle the insurance, and had a completely new roof on within 3 weeks! (I was in a time crunch.) I will refer anyone to this company! Thank you for your professionality.

Benny Fehr (Sales Rep) and his crew were fast, efficient, and on time. The metal roof looks great. We have had several people drive by and stop to look at the finished product. I would recommend them to anyone.

Perfect!! They have to come back with a custom piece of trim for the back of the house but the process was so easy. They are so very fast and so pleased with the metal roof! We chose the copper and it’s absolutely beautiful with a 40 year warranty on the metal and a 5 year warranty on the work!! Win win win ! I might also mention the great price !!

They were wonderful throughout the whole process!! They put on new siding fixed the carport and answered any questions i had. They also filled any request I had like calling before they got here etc. Will absolutely use them again!!!

Schmitt Exteriors installed new windows and siding throughout our house for a MUCH MORE fair price than a similar company. Rick was communicative and informative throughout the whole process, and all of the staff was polite and professional. The work was done in a timely manner, our house REALLY needed this. We are extremely happy with the results, just the jumpstart we needed to motivate us to improve the interior of our home!

We contacted this company to repair and seal a hole in our metal roof done by electrician installing new equipment. It was a simple job but we are elderly and couldn’t fix it ourselves.
