Excellent job! Always on time and do a great job. Moved furniture and treated areas as requested.

They were on time, were conscientious about protecting furniture they were quick & provided suggestions on carpet maintenance. When finished the carpet was wetter than normal after cleaning, but it dried eventually.

The 2 men who showed up were very courteous and explained everything they were going to do. They both wore shoe covers and covered furniture for dust. They cleaned all the ducts and the vents and put them all back as they were. They swept up all the dust off the floor. Really good guys. I would use this company again.

The gentlemen that came out dos a great job. We just purchased this home the previous day and wanted the carpet cleaned since we have 3 kids ages 5 and under and the previous owners had pets that left some stains. They arrived early, did the job quickly, and took care of the mess my husband made working on removing the popcorn ceiling from the master bedroom. They'll be doing the rental we're still in and I'm sure I'll be just as pleased.

I purchased a sofa from a resale shop and once it was home we realized it smelled like cigarette smoke. I called Steamers and advised them what I needed. They were very professional and helpful on the phone and even mentioned an Angie's List coupon I wasn't aware of. I was told they would do their best to get the smell out of the couch but they could not guarantee it. I booked an appointment, the cleaners arrived a few minutes early and were very thorough. They did a wonderful job on the couch and the smell stayed away for about a week. It did come back but not because of anything Steamers did incorrectly. I will use this company again in the future.

I received excellent service. I had cleaned there are as 4 times with specialty products without success. They promised an improvement, which was delivered. I may have to replace the rugs given were long. I waited before getting professional service.

The technicians arrived on time and were also quick, professional, and friendly. I was surprised at how quickly it was completed. Within the hour, I had the invoice in hand and the technicians were on their way. After the reviews, I couldn't have had my expectations met more. Thank you!

I own a malamute and 2 cats with lots of hair. While I vacuum frequently and try to keep the pets off the furniture it is impossible to get all the hair and dirt off the larger pieces, especially between the crevices of the upholstered pieces. Steamer's was able to come out to the house very quickly (they were even early for their appointment, but called first to be sure it was ok to be early) and they vacuumed the pieces VERY thoroughly before cleaning. Whatever cleaning solution they used did not only brightened up my furniture, but had a very pleasant scent. Nothing like the toxic chemical scent of over-the-counter solutions. They were very open and honest about pet hair and did not over-promise, but delivered beyond my expectations. I asked for estimates for my carpet, tile and ducts and hope to have them back soon!!

Jimmy and Matthew worked together really well. Each was pleasant as they did a thorough job. I am very pleased with their performance.

Overall, They told us what they were going to do. I showed them which rooms, I wanted clean. very polite.

This was an Angie's deal, but since we weren't going to need the service, I had to cancel. Our new house has mostly tile, so it's unlikely I'll need them in the future. They were very quick to schedule a cleaning day and time, though, and as always, were a pleasure to deal with.

Really brought the carpet back to life, got all the stains possible out of the carpet, moved furniture, even provided a couple sets of foot covers so we could get upstairs while the carpet was drying. Showed up on time, worked quickly, didnt waste time on upsells. Price was exactly what was quoted on the phone.

Very professional and the carpets looked like new

Receptionist Irene was very friendly and professional in not only setting up my carpet cleaning appointment, but also in reminding me the day before and letting me know on the appointment day that the technicians were delayed due to traffic conditions. Matt and his helper, Matthew, arrived just minutes after the appointment time, were very professional, and did a thorough job of cleaning my light-colored carpeting. Since all of the smaller furniture had been moved out of the rooms before their arrival, they had time to also clean two sofa cushions. Matt also ensured the safety of my husband and myself, letting us know to be careful when stepping from the carpet while wet onto our tile floors and leaving a paper reminder on the tile floors near each juncture of carpet. Matt even gave us plastic shoe covered to wear until the carpet was dried and he told us how we could speed up the drying process by using our central heat (in the summer, he'd have us use our central A/C). This is not the first time I've used Steamer's Carpet Care nor will it be the last, especially since they also clean tile and grout and air ducts. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

John and crew responded quickly to our emergency cleanup. They were finishing another job at the end of the day and continued to work after hours to extract water from the carpets and rug in our 2,000 sq. ft day spas. Their equipment was perfect for the job and they finished in about an hour.

Carpets installed four years ago. One room and stairs had a lot of wear. McKayla and Larry were punctual and professional. First time carpets had been cleaned and they look great, even the well worn areas. Superb job!!!

Steamers came at the appointed time, walked the house to look at the carpet and the problem spots. brought in the equipment and started work. They treated the carpet as they went along cleaning the carpet. The carpet was heavily soiled and had never been cleaned professionally. They said one hour and a half to complete, bingo right on the money. Carpet looked cleaned up great, got all the heavy soil and stains out. Fluffed up the carpet after the cleaning, and let to dry for the rest of the day. Next day walking through the house, I was amazed how clean it looked. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

The two cleaners from Steamer's showed up slightly early for the appointment window (early enough for me to be impressed, not so early that it was an imposition!). They explained what they would be doing, were extremely courteous and professional, did a great job of getting the carpet cleaned and couch cleaned, and getting a lot of pet odor out for us. They were done very quickly and overall left me with a great impression. I will be using them again!
