Description of Work: Cleaned 400 SF of tile and grout. On time and very efficient! Awesome results.

Description of Work: I called to setup an appointment to get my carpets cleaned. The person I talked to was helpful and courteous. We setup a day the following week with a window of time when they would arrive. I got a confirmation call the day before the appointment. They showed up right at the beginning of the time window. They did the walk through, explained the pricing of any additional services above the special they were running. They didn't try to upsell, this was because I asked them. They only charged me for 2 rooms instead of 3 for adding on the enzyme deodorizer (I have pets, so this is a good choice). In addition, without me asking, they went ahead and did a couple of small rugs I had in the hall and entry way. I then asked about the area rug in the living room and they did that as well for the same price. The carpet looked great afterward with all the stains coming up. A week later and they still look great. None of the stains reappeared as can sometimes happen with carpet cleaning. The rooms cleaned still even have that nice clean carpet smell. Overall they did a great job!

Quickly considering the type of work, efficiently, yet time to answer questions best describes the two man team and their work method. Also I used a coupon from Angie's list which was available to me because I had just joined. Good job, Angie. This company was highly rated. And now I too say the same.

Description of Work: They were here on time, but it all went downhill from there. We were moving out and putting our house up for sale and wanted the carpets and tile cleaned and the house smelling good for showing. Two young men came, never asked if I had any problem areas, did I want any special deodorizing, etc. Just went to work without much chit chat. I had vacuumed and the house was empty, so they had no problems there. They didn't say anything when they left except to keep the ceiling fans on and the a/c on to help with the drying process. I went back into the house the next day expecting it to smell clean and fresh, but instead it smelled like mud. The only way I could describe it was like wet dirt. Awful. I decided to re-clean the tile, and that helped quite a bit, but who would think you'd have to re-clean after the "professionals" had been there? Still had an odor, so I put out some air fresheners. Called the company and couldn't reach anybody, but the owner did call me back and offered repeatedly to redo the cleaning. I didn't want to take the chance on the same thing happening so I declined the offer. He told me I should have left the windows open, (with the a/c on?) to help the carpet dry. I think the problem was a still dirty but wet carpet, and washing the tile with dirty water, and not rinsing. I won't be using them again. In fact, I bought my own carpet cleaning machine and it does a much better job, and has already paid for itself.
