Description of Work: We have rentals and always use Steamers, their crew is fast, efficient, polite, punctual and do a good job. I'm always able to get them on the date I need and have gotten a discount.

Description of Work: They cleaned 4 Asian rugs, a wall to wall carpet and the grout on our kitchen floor and did a great job!

Description of Work: I called them because we were stood up by another carpet cleaning company. It was short notice, but they worked us in within 2 days of calling. We had the carpet in 5 rooms, a hallway, and stairs cleaned. The team (Jimmy and Lorenzo) arrived on time and got to work quickly. They worked well together and did a great job on each room, finishing in about 2 hours. We also had some spots cleaned where our dog had soiled the carpet. The carpets smelled and looked 100% better. I was thoroughly satisfied with their work. Will definitely call them again when the carpets need cleaning.

Description of Work: The cleaning was ok but the carpet was a little wetter than I had expected. It took longer to dry (2 Days) I would use them again in the future but would make sure the water was mostly gone from the carpet

Description of Work: They did a deep clean of 3 bedroom carpets. But --and you know there had to be a but and it's a big but-- the ad was not clear about how thorough the cleaning would be. We had dog urine--lots of it-- in a bedroom. We learned that the service didnt cover a thorough cleaning even though in my msg to the company via this service I made clear that was my primary goal. The owner personally called and told me he felt the ad was not clear and recognizing the vagueness of it he would come out and redo the area. That is great but I have so little time to be here to receive the carpet folks. It didnt matter that much to me. This house is a rental and we may take them up on their service again when its time to pcs from this unit. Great company doing an awesome job. I will definitely use them again in a future home with carpet if I get one.

Description of Work: Joe and Bobby were very professional. They arrived right on time and got right to work. They cleaned the vents and air ducts; they steam cleaned carpets and cleaned tile floors. They were very thorough and careful in their work. All in all, I am very pleased with the results and would recommend them highly.
