Description of Work: They honored a $160 Angieslist coupon for 5 areas and we then added $40 for stairs. Guys were punctual, got right to business; only walked on our carpet w/ shoe covers on (even before they cleaned it), and finished the 4-bedrooms + stairs in under an hour. Thanks!

Description of Work: Steam cleaned a HEAVILY soiled house, 3 bed rooms, hall way and living room. |We were doubtful if the stains could be removed and called for an estimate. Jeremia came to give us an estimate, then came back as the actual tech to do the job. Rarely does that happen. Super professional and knows his stuff. Lots of detail work and our carpets looked awesome! The next day, after drying, some of the pet stains had reappeared and because the house was empty, a slight musky smell had developed. Jeremia returned my call and came back. Re-steamed the whole area a 2nd time and re-treated the bad stains. He advised us on best practices for avoiding musky smells in the empty house. Even after all the extra work, the estimated price was all we had to pay. We were impressed with the integrity and will definitely recommend and use Alamo Steam again.
