Steamer's Carpet Care

They were friendly and worked diligently to clean both the carpets and the couch. They finished quickly and moved fans around while they worked to help the carpet dry quickly.

Overall a good experience. Workers were polite and professional. Will use them again as we have a dog and a toddler, more messes to follow.

Company was great on phone. Workers came on time and were a pleasure to have in the house.

They were very friendly. They moved the heavy furniture and did a very thorough job of cleaning the carpet. They gave us some tips on how to keep it clean. The servicemen were very gentle with the furniture.

I've been using Steamers since 2001. I had them out about 2 months ago and pointed out some large spots on the carpet from an ink stamp pad that my 6 year old had gotten into. I showed them the spots but did not expect the spots to come out at all. They cleaned all the carpets in my house and they got out the ink spots. I could not believe it and was very pleased!

It was fine using their services. We have used them three to four times in the past. I like that they are honest and they do the best job they can do.

We called and got an estimate. We set up an appointment after the estimate. They arrived on time and set to work in a highly professional manner. They were able to give us some advice re suspected cat urine spots and assured us our fears were greater than needed. They assured us that the questionable spots were not used by the cat. They finished in an appropriate time frame and their work was of good quality work. While my husband did not call a lot of companies for estimates, this company gave us a reasonable estimate prior to the job. After the job, they presented us with a bill that was higher than the estimate. Not sure what happened but they had done a good job so we paid it and they left.

The two guys were very professional and did their job well. Some furniture was not put back into place and they did try to sell me on extra services that were not quoted over the phone. I felt it was kind of a hard sell, but stuck to the original quote and told them I was on a strict budget.

Service technician arrived promptly, did job quickly and professionally in less than an hour.

I decided to go with Steamers based on their estimate and on their reviews on Angie's List. I was happy that we were able to get the carpet cleaning scheduled for the next day. On the day of the service, the crew arrived promptly at the scheduled time and got to work. They wore shoe covers to protect my floors and did a walk-through of the areas. Urbano suggested both a pet enzyme treatment and stain resistance at additional costs, and I chose to have the stain resistance applied in 2 of the 3 areas we needed cleaned. They vacuumed the carpet, rug, and sectional before cleaning and the whole process didn't take very long at all. As the end of the job, Urbano told me how long it would be before each area dried. They were quick, professional, and effective. My only slight disappointment is that not all of the stains came out of the couch, and that they knocked over a poster onto the wet floor. However, I'd still definitely use them again!

We made arrangements with Jon Bibb during a home show about a month before the scheduled date/time of the cleaning (he provided a window for arrival time). Raul arrived the day of the appointment about 10 min early. He explained he was by himself because someone was sick but that he wouldn't have any problem and he certainly didn't. He politely explained what he was going to do, then he got busy doing it. He moved the heavier furniture and when he was finished, placed couches on styrofoam pieces. He did a great job and was done in about 90 minutes. He suggested the Teflon coating but didn't do a hard sell. We called our carpet installer and he assured us that it was a good idea. We contracted for three rooms at $99 and he graciously did an area rug in a high traffic area without additional charge.

The guys worked very fast and did a good job of cleaning the rugs.

I ve used Steamers for over 3 years. They have always been great. This time they used a chemical that nearly knocked me over. I even had to stay out of my home for a few days because the smell was so bad. I called them and got the old run around. I won t use them again.

We were very happy with all aspects of this work. Our carpet was actually not in that bad of shape, except in a couple small areas, but after cleaning, it looked almost as good as when it was installed. On the surface (so to speak), the tile cleaning and sealing might seem a little expensive, but we have cleaned our grout ourselves twice in the past three or four years, and both times, it took the two of us almost two full days. Only time will tell if the sealing was worth it, but my current thinking is why wasn't it done when our custom home was built?

Matt and Raul were extremely courteous, and very professional. They went straight to work, and were very helpful in explaining their techniques. They finished in the time expected, maybe less. Very thorough, very competent.

They arrived on time and did a really great job. My wife was concerned about a coffee spill which they pretreated. We waited a week before submitting this report to see if old stains would seep back through. They did not. Great service overall with only one exception. The technicians informed my wife there was an extra charge for the stairs, she refused, and they relented. I feel this fee should have been disclosed at the time service was scheduled.

Clay did all but the reinstallation, and did it very well. Presented rationale for significant overage of telephone estimate. Joe came next workday for reinstall work. Despite apparent expertise, had to cut a seam and remove material from adjacent bedroom carpet ''due to excessive drying,'' for an unwrinkled reinstall. Unable to stitch bedroom/bath seam as tight & smooth as bath/toilet seam. New bedroom seam stitch is covered by furniture, but seemed OK immediately after stitching.

Overall, I was happy with the carpet cleaning. Clay was very efficient and explained other services I could get. He wasn't pushy though. After he left, we noticed some red spots coming through the carpet. I called Steamer's, and they agreed to come by and promptly fix it. When Clay came back, he gave me a bottle of carpet cleaning solution (for free) for any future problems. He was very professional and personable. The red spots were from prior owner's stains coming through carpet. He was able to get them out. The only thing I wasn't thrilled with was the carpet protectant. I thought they would be a little more thorough with the spray (like spraying underneath the coffee table, in the corners, etc.).

The workers were prompt, professional, and friendly. They did a great job cleaning the carpets; all stains were removed and the carpets look great afterwards. The carpets were almost completely dry within two hours.

Steamers Carpet Care was very pleasing. We were very pleased with the results. There were some pet stains and they were able to remove them all. The floors smell good and look great and it didn't take them long to do it. They were polite and professional while in our home and they didn't beat the floor boards up while cleaning either. This was an all around good job by them.

The cleaners were prompt in their arrival. Their attitude was such that I decided to have them clean one more room than was originally planned. The extra room was done for only ten extra dollars, because it was relatively small. They could have charged much more though. All heavy furniture was moved for me, the smaller things I moved myself. He did an excellent job, and got all ground in dirt completely out.

STEAMERS DID AN EXCELLENT JOB CLEANING THE CARPET IN MY ENTIRE HOUSE. THE TECHNICIAN WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. THE CARPET WAS NEARLY DRY WHEN HE LEFT.

MY OVER ALL EXPERIENCE WITH STEAMERS CARPET CARE WAS A VERY GOOD ONE. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY EFFICIENT. THE GENTLEMEN CAME IN TOOK CARE OF BUSINESS IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME.

THIS IS THE SAME COMPANY THAT CLEANED MY RUGS. THE TWO MEN WHO CLEANED THE AIR DUCTS WHERE GREAT. PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT, IN AND OUT IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WILL CALL AGAIN WHEN I NEED TO.
