Steamer's Carpet Care

I had a coupon from Angie's List. The price was very reasonable. They did a great job. The carpets look very well and it has actually held up better than any other carpet cleaner that I've used. I was very pleased with them. They were very professional and I would hire them again.

They are prompt and they do a good job. They careful and they also vacuum because some companies don't vacuum before they clean. They wear foot protectors too. They do a good job and they are reasonably prices. They come when they say they will and they also call before they come. They put fans on to help the carpet dry. I will continue to use them.

The job went well. They vacuum the floor before they clean, which is something that a lot of companies don't do. They are very prompt and come out when they say they would. They spot clean, steam, rake, and remove furniture before doing the carpet cleaning. They wear little booties on their shoes and always do good work. They have been cleaning my carpets for a couple of years now. I use them every four months. I use their $99 special. They clean three rooms for that price. They also give us a discount if we refer them to someone else.

It went very well. They came early and called to ask me if it was okay for them to arrive early, which was fine. They moved the furniture and put it back. They were very courteous and did a good job on the carpets, I was very pleased with the service.

They called to ask if they could arrive early, I agreed. The 2 guys were professional and did a great job. There were dark areas on the stairs that we were concerned about and they were able to get those out just fine. Great service!

The guys showed up on time. Worked efficiently and thoughtfully, I am glad my husband was home to move more of the furniture to get more of the carpet cleaned. Overall we are very pleased and will likely use them again.

The Steamer's team came exactly on time. They were polite and explained their 9 step cleaning process, which is described in their hand-out as well as on their web site. They used plastic wall protectors on the interior corners so their cleaning hoses would not mar. They also wore disposable booties to keep your house clean. Our carpets were cleaned well by the crew. They managed to get up a few stubborn spots that I had not been able to clean by hand. After cleaning a room they repositioned the furniture and placed the furniture feet on styrofoam blocks. Step 8 of their process is applying a "deodorizer." Unfortunately, this hand applied spray leaves an unpleasant cloyingly sweet odor. The crew said the smell would dissapate quickly. That was hardly the case. 2 days later it still smelled cloyingly sweet. I called Steamer's and they offered to come out and rinse the carpet again right away for free, but I wasn't going to waste another day with wet carpets...just do the job right the first time. A week later the odor was still around. While the carpets are much cleaner than before I am worried that Steamer's deodorizer residue will simply attract dirt and we'll have to clean our carpets sooner than we might have otherwise needed to. A good cleaning job spoiled by a bad finish.

I was quite happy with them. They did the job and allowed me to go and drop the check in their office. I would recommend them. I thought that their price was fair.

The appointment was made according to my convenience. They came during the time window indicated when the appointment was made. They gave me a courtesy call the day before to confirm. The cost was very reasonable and the technicians were courteous. The carpet looks very good. I have children and indoor pets so they do get alot of traffic. They cleaned the ducts before they cleaned the carpet and returned all the vent covers correctly. They did not try to push additional services or products, and there were no hidden charges or fees. They included a brochure and additional information with the receipt after they finished. I am very pleased, and my house is ready for Christmas and New Year entertaining.

I used Steamer's last year and was extreamly pleased with their service. I called them this year and received the same excellent, service. When I scheduled they did everthing to work around my schedule and gave me a great price for a whole house cleaning. Got a call the day before to confirm and was told they would be there around 10:00 - 11:00 AM. They showed up right at 10:00 and started to work. The two men who did the work were extremly knowledgabe and professional they did an excellent job. Took special care to protect the walls, corners and furniture. They finished in about and hour and one half (2200 sq ft). Had me inspect to see that I was staisfied. I plan to have them back every year if we still have carpet.

They were on time. They moved furniture. They charged me about $100 less than the estimate they gave me. They made sure that I checked their work before I paid them. Very nice and professional. They were also very fast. Great job and I would use them and reccomend them.

After 9 years my carpet showed stubborn stains and dirt - was thinking about replacing it but decided professional cleaning. I am glad I have Angies List and picked out Steamers Carpet. The price is great, the workers were professional and efficient. The truck was clean, equipment clean, and they wore shoe covers. They arrived on time. I already referred them to a friend.

They did a fabulous job on getting stains out of the carpet and the repairs are great. The individuals who performed the service were courteous and efficient, The price was a bargain. I will definitely call them the next time I need the carpet cleaned.

Excellent service and an overall great job. They arrived a little late but automatically gave us a 10% discount, which was fine with us! They were thorough and the carpets look much better, including difficult pet-stained areas (which have about 80-90% improvement.) The carpets took a few hours to dry but there were no areas that took exceptionally long to dry. We would definitely use them again!

Crew arrived on time and finished the entire job in about an hour and 45 minutes working non-stop.

My carpet was dirty and I have two dogs that have accidents in the house on occasion. The two men that came to my home worked very hard and by the time they were done my carpet was beautiful and a month has gone by and it still looks great!

A professional and responsive company. I had to change the date of service the day before and they rescheduled without any problem. A two man crew came to the house on time and cleaned all the carpeted surfaces, moving everything but major furniture pieces. Two year old carpeting really came back to life and looked like new after cleaning. They were able to get up old spots, too. The dryer vent on the house goes straight up to the roof, but they had no problem cleaning it out and letting me know what shape it was in. Coupon was honored even on their whole house special price. Overall, very pleased with the service.

Very professional guys. They looked over the job, moved some of the smaller pieces of furniture and lose decorative accessories and then got to work with all of their steam clean equipment. These guys were hard workers. After it was completed we did a complete walk through. I was really pleased with their work and will hire them again.

Excellent service from my first call to set up the appointment until the work was complete. Technicians were polite and respectful and offered other services, but did not pressure to buy. I have used them and referred them to others and my carpet and rugs always come out great. Very good value received for the money spent.

I am a Realtor and was getting my clients carpet cleaned because the house has cats. First, I had to reschedule 4 times due to the closing getting pushed back. Irene was very helpful with that. Joseph showed up and took a look at the filthy carpet with cat hair, f****, and urine. He told me that it was no problem to get it up, and it wasn't! They were quick and very professional. This was my first carpet cleaning experience and I'm going to have them come to my house and every house that I sell. Use them!
