+ -1 moreThe two person team did a thorough job as usual. I have used this company several times and they have not disappointed. In fact the team was running early in their appointments so the company called to move up the appointment which I was very happy about. The guys came and did an efficient job throughout the upstairs, stairs and downstairs. they were also able to remove a stain that my dog had made upstairs. This is a good carpet cleaning company and I will use them again.

She set the appt. and latter noticed an earlier one available and called me back to see if it was O.K. The tech T.J. who I asked for from the previous service was running ahead of time and Nina call again to see if he could come earlier. Once again T.J did a very good job and I will be calling them next time.

Our tile is nearly 18 years old and it came out looking almost new. We had several spots on the carpets which they were able to remove. My wife is extremely pleased with the results and we will certainly use them again.
Description of Work: They cleaned three large rooms of carpets and a little over 800 square feet of tile and grout. In addition, they sealed the tile and grout.

The work was completed in a timely manner and they discussed all areas of concern regarding the carpet. I also asked questions regarding other services such as duct cleaning and was provided with excellent information . I had all of the carpets cleaned and am very happy with the results. I will use this company again as well. It is so nice to have a service such as Angies List!!!!!!!!!!!!

+ 0 moreIt was a good experience. There were two guys and they were very courteous. They wore little booties and kept everything clean. They used little plastic protectors along the corners of the wall so the hose wouldn't rub against it. The price was really good. They probably did the best job of cleaning the rugs since we've been in the house.

Description of Work: STEAMER'S CREW ARRIVED ON TIME AND STEAM CLEANED FOUR ROOMS OF OFF WHITE CARPETING. THE CARPET HAD BEEN DRY CLEANED IN THE PAST BUT NEVER LOOKED FULLY CLEAN. AFTER THE CARPETS DRIED THERE WAS A MARKED DIFFERENCE IN APPEARANCE....SO MUCH CLEANER. WE HAD ONE SPOT THAT RETURNED IN A HIGH TRAFFIC AREA. I CALLED STEAMER'S AND THEY RETURNED AND THE SPOT WAS REMOVED TO OUR SATISFACTION. THE TWO MAN CREW WAS PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT AND PERSONABLE. THEY WORE FIBER BOOTIES AND LEFT US SOME AS WELL TO USE WHILE THE CARPET DRIED. WE WILL CERTAINLY CALL ON THEM AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION. THEY WERE SUPERB!!

+ -1 moreThis was a very nice experience. The company showed up on time (two people) and they did a great job throughout our house. They handled all the furniture moving, placed spacers under all furniture after the cleaning and moved it back. We had a few areas that our pets particuliar "love" which we had enzymes put down to help eradicate the stains. Overall, I am satisfied. The price was a little high even including the Angie's List discount, but the carpets look great.

+ 0 moreThey were the most competitive and responsive when I called for a quote. Jimmy and Joe were great. They arrived as planned and listened to my concerns in cleaning my rugs. They were respective with my home, protecting corners and furniture as needed. They got out stubborn stains! They went above and beyond with my cleaning requests (I don't want to get them into trouble, but they threw in some extras for free). We had them quote us for grout cleaning and will definitely use them when we have that work done.
Description of Work: We called Steamer's to clean 5 area rugs (cotton - NOT oriental). Cleaning, treated the rugs with enzyme (for pet odor) and added the stain protector.

+ -1 moreSteamers arrived during the promised window of time. The two young men were polite, and showed respect for my home. The areas of concern were discussed and worked on very well. I was pleased with the service and will call Steamers again when my carpets need cleaning . The workers reminded me to be careful when going from the newly cleaned carpets to tiled areas, so as not to fall. They also placed reminder signs. I found Steamers to be professional, the work was excellent as far as stain removal and overall appearance upon completion .
Description of Work: Steamers cleaned my 3 carpeted bedrooms. They vacuumed first , asked if I had areas of concern, i.e. stains. They listened and worked on those areas.

+ 0 moreThese guys do good steam cleaning. They don’t leave it real wet but they aren’t quite as good as the more expensive company. If you want someone to come in for a fast clean, you should call these guys. It is very inexpensive and they do a pretty good job; they will pick up your furniture and put the little plastic things under it. They will also clean grout and they do a fantastic job with that. They have the machines and special brushes, and they are really good at getting the spots out. I keep their magnet on my refrigerator and I will use them again.

+ -1 moreI liked the special care they gave my walls and corners by putting rubber bumper guards on the columns and corners where their hose might come into contact. I am very satisfied with Steamer's.
Description of Work: Carpet was vacuumed and then steam cleaned. A dog had lived in the house and it was recommended that an enzyme treatment be applied to keep the odor and any stains from appearing after the carpet dried. I was very satisfied with the service and the extra $75 I spent on the enzyme treatment was well worth it. My dog did not go around the house sniffing or smelling the carpet when we moved in as there was no dog residue to be found.

+ -1 moreStreamers arrived when they said they would. They wore footees while working and even provided footees for my wife and I to wear until the carpet dried completely. When done with one area, they provided fans to hasten the drying process. They did a professional job quickly yet thoroughly. They even managed to remove two stains that had been treated unsuccessfully by another company. We were not inconvienced in any way. I will definitely use them for future cleaning projects.
