Steamer's Carpet Care

It was a great experience! Bobby and his assistant arrived on time, were professional, very friendly and courteous. They covered their shoes with plastic booties and gave me a pair as well. They got right to work. I pointed out some trouble spots and they gave them an extra workout. To my surprise the spots came up. It was a cool day and I was concerned the carpet wouldn't dry quick enough. They told me it would take 4 hours and were absolutley right. The carpet is a light beige and it looks fabulous! The color on the area rugs is bright again, and they look like new. I got the Teflon Protector and recommend it as well. I will definitely call Steamers Carpet Care again and recommend them to my friends.

Two technicians came to the house and first explained how they would clean the carpets and the tile/grout in the kitchen. They then proceeded to vacuum the carpets followed by spraying a cleaner on the carpets. This was followed by steam cleaning of the carpets and afterward they put out some big fans to help dry the carpets. One of the technicians sprayed some cleaner on the grout in the kitchen then scrubbed the grout with a small wire brush. The second technician then came to the kitchen and steamed cleaned/sunctioned the tile and grout followed by fans to help dry the floors. The whole job took approximately 1 1/2 hrs and they did an excellent job. Carpets and tile floor/grout look Great! They left some "booties" for our feet for walking on the carpet durring the 2-3 hrs drying time. We decided to put the furniture back the next morning. Steamer's Carpet and Tile Cleaning did an excellent job and we won't hesitate in having them back!

Great service! They were on time, professional, and neat. My carpets have never looked better! I used the Angie's List discount and I thought the price was fair. I would definitely use them again.

We live in the Alamo Ranch area of San Antonio. After checking Angie's List and calling a couple of carpet cleaners, we settled on Steamer's Carpet Care. Tim and Kevin were on time and explained in detail what they would be doing. They were friendly and very professional. They even gave us tips on caring for our carpet in the future. We were very satisfied with the results. The price was what we were quoted over the phone and they honored our discount from Angie's List. I will be using them in the future and will recommend them to others.

This company was professional right from the start. I called and set the appointment. They called the Saturday prior to confirm the appointment. The guys were set to arrive between 10 and 11 am. They arrived at 10:20. The two young men were extremely professional and had the areas cleaned in record time. The cost was less than the amount quoted on the phone. Great job!!

It went great! Matt & his assistant arrived right on time and after discussing our desired outcome, wasted no time and got right down to work. They were great and wore shoe covers and moved the necessary furniture. The rugs look new again and we couldn't be happier!

The men did an excellent job , no mess, nice and clean and looks as if the stains we found when we moved in are gone.

The two representatives from the Steamers company cleaned the carpet in three large rooms of my home. They were careful to protect my furniture and wore shoe coverings. They vacuumed, spot-cleaned, cleaned, started the drying process with large fans, and raked my carpets. They did a good job and the whole cleaning process took only about an hour. They worked together very well and were courteous and professional. I will definitely call Steamers again.

i was desperate so they came within an hour and did a super job. the guys, bobby and brandon were extremely nice, polite and respectful.

We are a family of four and have two dogs and house guests all the time, so our tile get heavy traffic. We have had the tile for almost 12 years and the grout is relatively light in color. This is the third time we have had the tile and grout cleaned and resealed by Steamers. After the cleaning each time, the tile and grout look almost new. We have been very satisfied with the results.

From the initial telephone call to the cleaning of the carpet these folks are nothing but professional.

We were primarily interested in cleaning and sealing the grout throughout our home (our home is 7 years old). The service reps arrived when they said they would and cleaned a total of 10 areas (entryway, kitchen/dining room, bathrooms, laundry room). It took about 2 1/2 hours for the job to be completed. Looking at the areas afterwards, the grout in some of the high traffic areas are still darker than the surrounding grout. Overall, they did a good job, but we were somewhat disappointed that some of the grout in the high-traffic areas didn't come clean.

They arrived early and had us walk them through the area to be cleaned, pointing out stains, regardless of their size. The work was performed in a timely manner . The gentlemen were very pleasant and knowledgable. They were able to get out ink and pet stains, you'd never know the stains had been there. We are very pleased.

I recieved a call from the office that the crew could come early, which was fine with me. They were very efficient, and were in and out in a minimum of time. Some of the areas were heavily traveled and soiled. They worked very h****** those spots. Also, someone had attempted to clean some spills with over the counter cleaner. Some of these spots would not come clean, but overall the carpet will be usable for some time. We recently purchased the home. Overall, I would say they did an excellent job!

We used this company last year and we were very pleased. Keith remembered us. We will use this company next fall and hope the same two men do the job. I would say they are an asset to your company.

Well, I was not there for the initial appointment, but my wife says it went very well. However, when I got home, I was not as thrilled as I expected to be. The carpet on the stairs that leads up to our game room and media room was kind of beaten down a bit before hand and it still looked beaten down although it was definitely cleaner. When I inspected everywhere closely, I felt like the stairs were not done as well as I would like. I decided to give Steamer's a call and let them know that I was dissatisfied. I ended up talking to the owner and he was very gracious and agreed to send his guys out again to take a look. They arrived a few hours ago. I showed them the problem areas. I myself was not sure that there was much that could be done, but I was happy that they were willing to give it a try. They did the stairs again by spraying for stains, steam cleaning, and finally raking the fibers to try and get them to stand up more. In the end, it is definitely better, but I just have to accept the fact that the pad is a beat down somewhat and that its probably impossible to get it looking like new again. However, I appreciated that they came out at no extra charge and did their best to meet my expectations. In the end, I am completely satisfied and will be calling them again should I ever need carpet cleaning. The did a great job at a great price and they showed that satisfying the customer is one of their top priorities. Do yourself a favor and quit looking for carpet companies and call these guys.

They arrive on time and are very professional and ensure you are satisfied with job.Also had my daughter's house cleaned-approx same size but some pet stains on living room carpet. They did an excellent job and worked very hard to get all stains out.We were both very satisfied.

After the carpet was dry there were a couple areas which were still stained so they came back 2 days later to redo them. They were wonderful and did a great job. The same crew came the second time. They were as efficient and pleasant as can be. They followed through on their contract. I can't say enough good things about them.

Two words epitomize the service Jon, his crew, and the company provided: Conscientious and considerate. Jon came in at short notice for emergency water extraction in our home due to flooding from a burst pipe. His meticulous and thorough examinations, calm demeanour, and patience with the many questions I/we asked went a long way in mitigating not just the water damage, but our stress levels as well. Most important, he was upfront on how the pricing works, and did not gouge us on the insurance deductible, which speaks volumes for his credibility and integrity. Jon was also conscious that we had feline and canine companions at home, and made sure to close the front door firmly behind him every time he stepped out to prevent either of them from bolting out. Having worked with crews before that had to be repeatedly told to do so, it was wonderful to work with someone capable of adapting to them without us having to say so. Jon even took the time and made the effort to befriend them, which we appreciated very much. He also helped me get the sail shade in our backyard down before inclement weather hit, which was a huge help as my husband was away at the time. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with him, and though we sincerely hope we won't need him to come in for emergency water extraction again, we look forward to working with him for related services that we may require in the future. I strongly recommend Jon and his company for your carpet and other cleaning needs.
