Steamer's Carpet Care

The washer was leaking water. They came out last week and they fixed that and cleaned the carpets. They came out today to clean the vents. They found mold and were unable to do the cleaning. They did an excellent job and were very quick. They were professional and very good. They told us to call them after the mold was cleaned up to recheck everything for us.

Great and timely service. I have used the same carpet cleaner for years (Heavenly Carpet) but they weren't available so I gave this company a try and was throrughly satisfied.!

I was pleased with the service. Due to our contractors not finishing another project, Steamer's Carpet Care offered to come back later to complete some areas. They had amazing attention to detail and were able to get several tough stains.

Two men arrived right on time. They explained their service procedures and went right to work. The rugs looked great when they were done, lots of stains were removed! Two days later, after we moved into the house, I noticed that some higher-traffic areas looked dirty again. But the rest of the carpet still looks clean and almost new.

They are very punctual, and reasonably priced, and their staff is great.

Steamers Carpet Care was even able to accommodate a time change from afternoon to early morning for me when I had a family emergency. We scheduled a cleaning before moving into our home. My husband met with them while I was at work. They were prompt, courteous and very informative. They also provided a quote to clean our tile on the 1st floor. The carpets smelled fresh and looked very clean. The previous owners of the house kept it very clean so there didn't appear to be any stains to begin with. While I was at work, I realized I gave my husband the wrong coupon from Angie's List. I called Steamers and they told me to go ahead and fax it in. I faxed it and called my husband, but he said the employees had just left and already took our credit card information. After a few days, I called Steamers and they told me they made the proper adjustment because of the coupon. I was very happy with their service and the overall experience. I would definitely use them again.

It went very well. They are fast, courteous and got it done within an hour and a half. The price was very reasonable.

We moved into the house a little less than a year ago. We have an infant son who is just now scooting on his belly and it was clear that the carpets needed cleaning when we picked him up and saw dirt on his shirt! We scheduled with Steamers and they were available the next day but I scheduled service for a few days later. They gave me an hour timeframe that the techs would arrive. They arrived on time and were very very quick. Carpets dried quickly on a very humid day and they are so much softer now! I had no idea how bad they'd felt until they'd been cleaned! We'll use Steamers again!

They arrived on time and were careful to protect the woodwork on the stairs. They have cleaned my carpets before and will be back again (we have a dog). I am very impressed with the level of professional work they do.

We were moving out, and they came in and did a SUPERB job on our floors. We have two dogs, and they were able to lift the oder rught out of hte carpet. We did have pet accidents, and when they were done, you couldn't tell I even had pets. The next day, I walked back in the house, and it had a nice smell to it. They were GREAT!

I decided to use Steamers Carpet Care based on their reviews here on Angie's list. Two workers arrived on time and we quickly showed them the major problem areas that we felt might not come out. They assured us they would try their best and explained their cleaning process to us. My husband and I had already moved our furniture out of the area so I can't attest to their services in that respect. They got to work quickly and explained to us how long it might take to dry afterward. It really was a quick and easy process. And yes, the stains came out and a month later are still not there! We used a carpet cleaner a couple of years ago and did not have good results. Steamers did a great job, very professional and at a great price. I would definitely recommend them.

First time I have ever been satisfied with a carpet cleaning. Technicians arrived on time, were courteous and professional. The work was done quickly without being rushed. The technicians moved some furniture I hadn't already moved and were very careful to protect walls and corners. Since they used a truck mounted steam injection/extraction system, the carpets took a bit longer to dry that other cleanings I have done. That was fine though since this job actually did clean the carpets. I am very happy with the results.

They had some specials and that is the only reason why we went with them. The offer was to clean carpets of four or five rooms for about $199. We switched to a different company for a better price and better quality.

I called a week ahead to make an appointment. They gave me a range of time (within an hour) that the crew would arrive. On the day of the appointment I thought they were going to be late, but someone from the office called and said they were running a few minutes behind and would be at my home in about 10 minutes. They got here within that time and had me show them the areas I wanted cleaned and gave me a chance to ask any questions, then the 2-man crew got right to work. It took them about an hour and 1/2 to finish. They cleaned up after themselves and gave me several pairs of "booties" in case we needed to step onto the damp carpet, and expained about the drying time. All in all, a good experience. We have used them before and will again.

Fantastic...both employees were courteous and knew what they were doing. They moved furniture, rugs and small items and worked hard to remove stains...with great success. They were on-time and worked quickly.

Again great job on the carpet. Would look somewhere else for the duct cleaning.
