Steamer's Carpet Care

As expected. I always use Steamers for my home cleaning projects.

There were complete professionals that arrived on time. The job turned out amazing for the minimal cost! The method of cleaning they use is like non-other and left the carpets looking new.

Wonderful. The guys showed up on time, talked over the work and did an excellent job.

Arrived on time & cleaned, santized all of the above and did a great job.

It's $179 for the whole house. They do a good job. The carpets are pretty dry when they're finished. I'm usually not here when they do it, but they must put a fan on it or something. It's not a dry chemical. It's some kind of liquid.

Steamers is the only carpet cleaning Co. we will use. Excellent Service & professionalism. We have used their service for years & have never been disappointed.

These gentlemen arrived right on time, I showed then the area, they got right to it and thirty or so minutes they were done. The carpet looked great. The deodorizer smelled great. The furniture was in place with the protectors under them. I had thought of replacing the carpet if it did not turn out well, but they did a great job and I will not replace it. They were so careful and good to the interior of the home. I will call them again.

Techs did a good job and I would hire again.

I really like them I had Keith and Donte. I made a note in my accounting system that I really liked them, so I put their phone number down so next time I have them clean I will have them again.

I was very happy with the scheduling, punctuality and service I received from this company. The two guys were very neat and efficient. The carpet I had cleaned was new but the house had been vandalized and all the hot sauce came right out of the carpet. I used this company based on reviews and they are a certified StainMaster company which was important to me. I also loved the deodorizer and wish I had asked them to use it in other rooms!

They did a great job. They were polite and detailed. We had a stain that I hadn't been able to remove despite multiple attempts and they got it out completely.

He thought before the cleaning that he would have to pay for new carpeting, but Steamer's did such a good job that it looked practically new when they were done!

The work exceeded my expectations. I returned after the work was done it looked like a different home. I was very pleased.

My phone call was answered promptly and they were able to schedule me for less than 48 hours later. Bobby and Matthew arrived on time and were friendly and professional. The carpet now looks and smell great!

They showed up on time and were very professional looking. They cleaned the carpets then instructed me on what to do to help them dry. The products they used were very clean smelling and while initially they were quite strong it did dissipate after a day.

The house is up for sale so I was not there. The guy went out and cleaned the house. Called me and gave me a price over the phone that was $20 over the price quoted. I brought it to his attention and his response is that he didn't have anything to do with that and I would have to talk to the office. At this point I'm not feeling very good. But $20 isn't that much so not the end of the world. I asked him to have his office call me and they did promptly. The lady that quoted the original price was not there and it was a mistake. I should have been quoted the higher price based on square footage. The lady on the phone took my word for the misquote and honored the price. She immediately credited my card $20 and sent the refund notification via email with minutes. And by the end of the conversation with the lady in the office, I didn't even care about the $20 anymore. I was very happy I picked this company and will be calling them to clean my other houses.

I called Steamer's on a Tues or Wed and they were able to get me scheduled for that very Saturday. They called the day before to confirm the appointment time. They ended up having a cancellation and so were able to come to my place earlier than planned. The guys came and got right to work. All the furniture turned out great and no longer reeks of animal. Steamer's had a couch and loveseat combo special price, plus with the 15% Angies list coupon it was a great deal!

Good job. They had to go onto the roof as the vent was stuck shut.

They call prior to their arrival saying they were leaving their leaving a jobsite and would be at the house in 40 minutes, which was in in the arrival window for the appointment. Keith and Art were courteous and communicated their process and estimated cost for the work. They moved a large glass floor mat so as to clean the carpet under it. They wore protective footwear in the house and the job was finished in less than 90 minutes. The carpet dried in the time frame I was given and looks great. There was one stain they came back to look at and treat, it was apparently a small rust stain that wouldn't come. WIll definitely Steamer's again, for carpet cleansing, also we are having them out to steam clean a couch and chair and clean vents.

Everything went according to plan. Workers were punctual, courteous, professional.
