Steamer's Carpet Care

Bobby and Tim arrived promptly and quickly got to work. Normally, they would've moved smaller furniture, etc., but we had already done so. They had our carpets cleaned quickly with far better results than the competitor we've used in the past. Upon our request, they took the time to bring back the equipment they had already loaded back up on the truck to clean a second sofa that we hadn't originally included in the job and did so without blinking an eye! My husband and I were extremely impressed and well pleased with the results - no easy feat considering our carpet is a pale color and the upholstery hadn't been professionally cleaned in quite a while. We'll be using Steamers Carpet Care for our future needs and we will indeed recommend this company to others. In fact, our neighbor asked Bobby and Tim if they had time to clean her carpet which they did right after our job was completed. Kudos to Bobby and Tim for their professionalism and high quality work and kudos to Steamers Carpet Care for their high quality service!

Great service. This is the second time I have used Steamer's Carpet Care and I continue to be impressed by their work and professionalism. They vacuumed the carpets and set up wall corner protection device. The devices ensured the hoses for the carpet cleaner didn't damage the walls as they moved from room to room. They also moved furniture around so all of the carpet was cleaned. They didn't clean around furniture like other carpet cleaning companies do.

Kieth called in the window of time, showed up quickly and immediately got to work. They were very efficient, carpets looked like new when they left. They wore booties in the house as they did the work.

The tech were very prompt, efficient and courteous.

Came early -- I had a scheduled afternoon appointment with Steamer's but they had a morning cancellation that same day. Mark and his team did an outstanding job. With two pets in the house, everything was pretty dirty. Both guys were professional and got right to work, explaining exactly what they were doing as they went along. Excellent job well done...I will definitely use Steamer's again!

It went well but they were not able to get the stain all the way out in one of the bedrooms.

My stains were impossible! No one could get them clean, until Steamers came and did a great job! Hooray! Clean floors again!

The crew showed up on time, introduced themselves and asked me to show them the carpets, vents, and AC registers. They went right to work as a well trained team. My carpets and air ducts were long overdue a good cleaning. Steamers did an excellent job on carpets and ducts. They even got out spots that I thought would never come out. They protected my furniture and my walls with plastic corners. Thank you. They cleaned up the residue that fell down from the air ducts. I will use Steamer's again and highly recommend them.

I called Steamer's to arrange an appointment for dryer vent cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they quoted me a flat fee with no caveats to the amount and even mentioned a coupon on Angie's List that I could use that I was not aware of when I called. I called on a Friday and fully expected to be scheduled well into the following week but to my surprise they offered a next day (Saturday) appointment in the early afternoon. On Saturday they called and asked to come earlier which was even better for me. The technicians were very nice and professional. They went right to work and explained what they were finding and how I could maintain the vent in between cleanings. Everything was cleaned up and put back in place following the service. They even wore those disposable shoe booties to protect my carpet while they were working. I really appreciate that detail since we remove our own shoes in the house to keep the carpets and floors cleaner. I also appreciated that they didn't try to sell me on other services while here. There was only a brief mention as they left to keep them in mind for carpet, upholstery or tile cleaning in the future. Overall, I'm a very happy customer.

First of all the guys that came out to the house were actually a little early, very professional and personable. Before I selected this company I called another company on Angie's List to do some pricing comparisons and after discussing cleaning the carpet and that my entire first floor was tile she told me the cost was for the whole house with the assumption that half of the house would be carpeted and the other half tile. Bottom line the pricing was for the carpet cleaning only. I called the woman who gave me pricing and discussed the fact that because I kept telling her my house was half tile, this should have been an indicator that, perhaps, I did want them to clean the tile. Needless to say, since I had company coming into town, I paid more so that the whole house would be clean in time for my out of town visitors. I did send a note with Feedback to the guys that, as a former Nordstrom manager, my suggestion would be to spell out up front the basic services they offer so a customer can select. Perhaps the short list on their ad in Angie's list would be appropriate and would likely increase sales. I think they thought I was crazy. The bottom line is that it doesn't take more than a few seconds to list out carpet, tile, upholstery, and emergency water services without angering a customer. Saying "these are the services we offer, how may we assist you today" is a fast easy way to make sure your customers know what you can do for them as well as avoid any misunderstandings about products and services needed. Otherwise, carpet and floor are drying as I type this and it seems that things look great.

Very professional, efficient and we were pleased with the results.

They were patient with me when I had to reschedule due to rain scheduled over the weekend. When I did schedule them I asked for a courtesy call prior to them arriving and they complied. We prepared out our house by moving furniture and vacuuming to make things easier for them. They cleaned 3 rooms and a master living room under 1500 sq feet. They arrived as scheduled uniformed and easy to identify. Matt and his assistant Tim ( I believe this was his name) were given a walk through the house to show the areas to be treated. During the cleaning process we had the ceiling fans and AC on. During the cleaning process Matt would share information with me regarding tips on how to clean spills on my carpet for the future. The process took about 2 hrs. Almost at the end Matt asked me if I wanted to add scotch guard to our carpet to help from stains settling into the rug. This was not planned but when explained I decided to take advantage of this extra service since it will last for 3 yrs. After they finished we turned the heater on since it was chilly. We left the house and returned around 7pm to let the carpet dry. The only draw back is that the enzyme cleaner is a little strong since I have a lot of allergies I had to open the windows and keep the fans on all night continue to air out the house. This is an effective product because we have 2 indoor dogs. The house definitely smells better now that it's the next day. They provided such outstanding service I feel confident enough in recommending them to my parents and will use them again in 8-12 months.

The employees of Steamers Carpet Care were very professional and did a great job. They did two things my previous carpet cleaner wouldn't do, vacuum the carpet before treating it and moving furniture to make sure all of the carpet in the room was cleaned. When I made the reservation the employee reminded me about the 15% off coupon I could use from Angie's list that I overlooked. Thanks for saving me some money!

I love Steamer's! This is the second time I have used them - the first time being a couple of years ago. I was impressed then and am impressed again, wondering why I waited so long between cleanings. The quality of their work could not be better. My carpets, I am ashamed to say, had several trouble spots; the technicians were able to eradicate 99% of them completely and improve the remaining 1% (in the hallway) to a highly acceptable condition. The men were professional, courteous, hard-working. They were punctual in arriving. On this particular day - close to Thanksgiving - they were collecting donations to the San Antonio Food Bank; while they worked, I gathered some canned items for donation. This speaks highly of the company, I think! Really I cannot say enough about either the quality of the work or the quality of the technicians who performed the work. I promise myself to not wait so long before having them out again; but having been delinquent - they worked wonders. Incidentally, a coupon in my Angie's List booklet was honored for 15% off the regular price. I highly recommend!

The techs were amazingly professional and worked so efficiently and methodically, it was like clockwork. My carpets looked great and smelled even better. I have already used them again at another property and got the same consistent, outstanding service. Wow! I will use them from now on, for sure.

History: 8 years old berber carpet. Horribly, horribly DIRTY. Had living room cleaned within the last year from individual who worked out of their home but was never "really" clean. We met Steamers at Home & Garden show, hired them for whole house as they were running a special. I am so glad we did. They were on time, even a few minutes early. Two technicians came for the job and both were very pleasant and friendly. They got right to work. Pretreated all areas. My Husband moved all furniture out of the rooms ahead of time so the only thing they had to move was my desk as I still needed to work (telecommuted on this day). They got up things I had given up all hope on ever seeing clean. I don't know how they did it but all the rooms are BEAUTIFUL and ARE SO CLEAN NOW!!! We will use this company from now on and I will reccommend them to everyone. They did a fantasitic job. I wanted to run and get my camera as they were cleaning what used to be a kids room to show the difference between the dirty and clean parts but didn't want to look like a crazy woman :) The work they did was so good and at such a reasonable price I just may have them come out every few months to maintain it looking lile this.

My family have been customers of Steamers for over 3 years and we are always recommending them to other family and friends. The staff are very professional, making your appointment to the arrival of the team performing the cleaning.Steamers not only has good prices and they always are running some kind of special, but the work is outstanding. They are also great at making recommendations to the customer. They are not out just make money, they believe in quality , not quantity and that is why we have and will continue to be returning customers.

It was great. They came in spot treated all the areas. Cleaned and raked all the carpets. Put foam under furniture that was replaced on the carpet.

Very high quality job done by genuinely nice people. Prompt callback, easy scheduling, and great price should earn these folks an "A" without any other work. As it was they went well beyond the call of duty by just being so darned nice. Pleasant on the phone, pleasant in person... a complete joy. I wish I had more carpet just to get them back out here again. The carpet hadn't been cleaned in years and the dining room chairs had been subjected to assault by grandbabies. All came out looking purely remarkable and much better than I expected.
