Steamer's Carpet Care

My carpets were long overdue for a cleaning and I was amazed at how clean they came out. Bobby and partner took out several stains made by my dog that I was convinced would never come out. Both of these guys were nice, professional, and took their time cleaning. I will call Steamer's again.

These were two very professional and courteous men. This is the second time I have used this company and will continue to have my carpets cleaned by them. They got stains out that other companies couldn't. I was very pleased with how the carpet look, felt and smelled. The drying time was so much less than when I used other companies. They left wonderful information regarding taking care of my carpets. I so appreciated the "white covers" they put on over their shoes. I have never had other companies do that. Overall the service was great and I would recommend them with no reservations.

Carpets were cleaned fast. Price for cleaning rug and stairs was higher than expected, but I used a mailer coupon for the room cleanings so I saved some. Nice job.

Traffic areas looked good, some stains reappeared, but didn't expect much for the price.

Steamers was a breeze to work with, they were prompt, let me know what likley would ( and wouldnt) be removed with cleaning, and got to work. I really liked that they vaccumed before the cleaning, and dryed the capet afterwards. Will use them again when I need the carpets re-cleaned.

I would definitely hire them in the future for all my carpet cleaning needs. I owe this company an apology for doing a bad review on something that happened 6 years ago. I hadn't had them do my carpets since that time and maybe that wasn't a fair assessment for a company that's now under new management. I can tell you honestly that they don't stop until you're happy with the results and I like that. Makes me feel like there is still someone out there that gives you a great job for the money you invest and is honest and trustworthy. This is a company that goes above & beyond. I met the boss, Bob, and he was sooo very thorough and concerned about making sure I was happy. Wow, I'm in awe. We have an organization with 300 members and I help the editor with our newsletter. I plan to let our members know about this company and the wonderful job they did. Angie's list, they need a super, super award. Thank you Steamers for a job well done and one very happy client.

We were fine with them. They did a good job. They showed up on time. It was our second time using them.

Cleaned 3 rooms and a hallway. Charged extra for stairs. Also charged extra for a throw rug cleaning. Good service. Polite.

Most professional carpet cleaning work we have ever had done for us (and we have used several companies in past years).

They were punctual and polite. Service was provided quite fast, maybe too fast. They were suppose to put up some fans to help try the carpet, but they barely dried anything and called the service done. Carpet was too damp for the family to go upstairs for a while. I also noticed that my bedroom furniture, which is in dark brown color, had several white spots all over it. Apparently, as they cleaned my bedroom, the product that they use for cleaning was sprayed on the front face of the furniture. No damage to it, but I had to clean several pieces of furniture.

Did a nice job and moved heavier pieces of furniture ---and put them back.

I've used them for years. I've used them since 2000. They have always done a good job so I keep using them. Their prices are very reasonable. Sometimes I have a little coupon. I have always recommended them. I'll be calling them tomorrow to see if they can come out next week.

Timely, responsive, professional, friendly (but not overly so/familiar). They steam cleaned the tile and grout, then sealed the grout (should last about 3 yrs, they say). Did it all, fair amount of tile, in about 1.5 hours. Looked great after it dried; best it had looked in a lot of years. First professional clean and seal since we moved in 20 yrs ago; wish we had done it a long time ago.

Good, fast job. Sold us an "enzyme treatment" when they arrived without having mentioned it in the estimate. Not a favorite tactic.

They did a great job. Showed up on time with a team of two. They explained everything they were going to do, then worked quickly and diligently to get it done. I received a walk through after the cleaning was complete as well. Will be using them again. Very pleased with the service - house looked great.

Service technicians Art and Matt arrived right on the scheduled time. You could tell immediately that they were well trained and professional. They placed a mat outside to wipe there feet each time they had to go to there truck and back inside our house. Each one had a pair of slip on white clean plastic overlays that they placed over there shoes before coming into the house. We were undecided at first about doing the steam cleaning of the kitchen tile/grout but Art gave us a great price we could not refuse. We left our house after they were finished and came back about 4-5 hrs. later. Everything was just beautiful and our kitchen tiles/grout look as if they were brand new. We would definitely use this company again.
