We used steamer for three years because of their excellent customer service, attention to detail, pricing and quality of the product. The technicians are always punctual, call 30 minute before coming, and funny. Just all around great people. The only thing they could improve on is offering a military discount especially, in Military city USA, San Antonio. Our house appointment was at 10:00. The Technicians called @ 9:14am. They were there at 9:45am and finished the Job by 12:00pm. The results were excellent. Thank you Steamers for a quality service at a reasonable price with friendly customer service.

I have used Steamers multiple times in the past and was satisfied with their service. I would have used them this time; however, there was a misunderstanding on pricing - whole house vs. by room - as we removed carpeting since the last time we used their services. Had the customer service representative addressed my concerns, I would not have canceled my appointment. Upon receiving further explanation from John, I understand the price structure and will give Steamers another try next time I need my carpets cleaned.

Team of two came right on time, quickly made an estimate of costs and went right to work. My carpet and tile grout look awesome and I will be recommending Steamers to my friends.

Reasonable price, originally, I planned to clean all my four rooms (I did wet cleaning before), service people arrived on time and told me just need to do anzyme-activate ate service. It's cheaper price. Three weeks later, my house buyer complained the odor again (which I didn't smell at all), I called them to do it again (without any charge). Good service.

Two techs checked to see what areas needed cleaning. Then they vacuumed all areas, then cleaned (they sprayed a olution fast). Great job!!
