Excellent professionalism and service. The guys showed up on time and set up quickly and efficiently. They were also very aware and understanding of all of our animals. They made sure to keep the door partially closed as we have 4 cats that are curious at times. We did the additional enzyme cleaner to help with the pet smells and the whole house looked wonderful after. We will definitely be using them again!

From the moment I bought the Angie's Deal, to their first email and call to me to confirm and schedule - everything went extremely well. Professional, prompt, and exactly what was expected. Bobby was on time, walked through and we talked about areas that needed a little TLC and he and his partner got it all done within an hour. They did a great job, and made sure to have me do a walk through after to confirm that everything was done well and done right. **I had some very bad stains -- dried "slime", coffee/tea, marker, mold from a leaky aquarium! All cleaned up and if not completely gone, significantly diminished. If you don't know where it was, you probably wouldn't see any of them** I was also very surprised that the stairs were only $30 more, as I've had my carpet cleaned before with some "deal" only to find that the stairs were an additional charge - that cost as much as the deal. I highly recommend Steamers and will use them again!

Arrived on time. Cleaned the floor grout and tiles in a reasonable amount of time. I had asked for the grout and tile in the shower area to be cleaned. Technician stated to me that he did not have the proper tools to cleans the shower tiles.

Excellent. Had an estate sale the weekend before which generated a great deal of foot traffic. Also grease from the garage was carried onto the carpet. They were able to remove the grease and did a wonderful job on the carpet.

Have a 10 yr old sectional that needed some steam cleaning after moving into a new home. Steamers did a great job of cleaning the sofa and were able to remove some stains that we got while moving. They were very professional,courteous and did a fantastic job. My sofa looked and smelled like new!! I would highly recommend them for any steam cleaning needs!

Workers arrived promptly, answered all my questions, were courteous and professional. Performed job and cleaned the area afterwards. Very nice!

He did it quickly without being rushed. Did not skip any steps to make sure we were happy with his work....and we were; just as pleased as the last time we used him.

The servicemen were very knowledgeable and diligent. They took out almost all the stains and explained why they couldn't do what was left which was very helpful. (Note, somethings will never come out of a rug). The carpet looks 10+ better and it is amazing what their professional equipment and cleaning solutions did. Much better than my expectations or any rug doctor could ever accomplish. I will use them next year.

Showed up on time, told me what they were going to do and cleaned the rooms. Both men were professional and accomplished their jobs quickly. I would definitely call on this company again. Great job!

This is my third time using Steamers Carpet Care and I have been happy with the results every time. They show up on time and are always courteous.

They arrive around 8:45. They did a very good job vacuuming areas that I showed them. They were her for about 1 hour and did a very good job.

Keith & Lorenzo were very nice. Moved furniture, did a great cleaning job. Were very personable and helpful with questions. Even cleaned an extra chair after they had started to pack up - because I forgot to mention it.

2 young men arrived on time and quickly set to work . After spot cleaning the very dirty places they performed their magic. I have been a happy customer for several years.
