Steamer's Carpet Care

Found on Angie's List, called and had a date of service immediately. At the appointed date and time the cleaners came and finished within the hour.

Scheduling cleaning was easy through Angie's list and the companies website. Company Representative was very helpful in answering questions online regarding scheduling on a Saturday and pricing. Two man crew showed up within the window stated and did a great job of cleaning entire house including a staircase.

Called around lunch on Monday February 9, 2015. Very good customer service. 2-4pm appointment was available. Tech arrived a little after 2pm. Matt and TJ came in took a look at what needed to be done and got to work couch first, living room, and two bedrooms done within an hour very quick. Some spots didn't come out which were nail polish that i knew would be a problem but everything else was very good.

They arrived on time, very courteous, very helpful since I was on crutches. Did the job in 40 minutes and they did a great job. Will use again.

On time, Polite, efficient and quick

i called and made an appointment after i got an estimate over the phone for 5 rooms, staircase and hallway. the arrived promptly at 8am and were finished in an hour and 40 minutes. they were very professional. they moved some furniture and were able to remove the stains from the carpets, especially in the kids game room. the two men worked the entire time. after they were done, i reviewed their work and was very satisfied. i got a 15% discount for being an angie's list member. i plan on using them in the future.

2 men arrived on time and were polite. Asked what I wanted them to do. Started at once. Did not push any services. I asked for teflon treatment. Did 2 places twice a very good job.

I found Steamers through Angie's list - I was getting a house ready to go on the market - the house had been lived in for 6 years and during that time the tile/grout had not been professionally cleaned. I was amazed at how my carpets/tile and grout looked after Steamers did their work. Everything looks almost new - there were a few spots that could not come completely out but they look 100% better and the tile/grout looks almost new. From initial contact they got my appointment scheduled quickly, they called the day before to remind me and showed up in the 1 hour window they provided. Both individuals were great, worked hard, worked quickly and made sure everything was to my satisfaction when they left. I would use Steamers again and I would highly recommend them.
