Steamer's Carpet Care

They arrived ten minutes ear5ly and finished quickly. They were clear on what they were doing and took care around our furniture. Very professional and cost effective.

That was some time back. I did use Steamer's Carpet Care. I believe they stayed true to the $220 deal. It was good. I have used them prior. I thought the price was fair. There quality was almost an A. They were right on time. They were very good with there professionalism.

When calling to schedule, receptionist was very professional and helpful in setting up my appointment. Jimmy and Al arrived promptly when scheduled, walked through the rooms with carpet to be cleaned and spent extra time on the areas our dogs prefer to lay on. The job was completed in about 40 minutes. I was particularly impressed with the use of corner protectors to protect the walls from the hoses, shoe covers to protect the wood and tile floors and a carpet rake for that finishing touch. In short, the visit was all I could want.

They arrived on time and I walked them through all the rooms with carpet and explained normal "traffic" patterns I wanted them to be aware of. I also pointed out the rooms where we had area rugs so traffic patterns were different. Bobby and Keith started upstairs and were finished in under two hours. They did an excellent job. All of the carpet looks great.

very pro from start to finish, moved some furniture with sliders. ( we had already moved smaller furniture) moved large items back, set on blocks. Time on job approx 2 hours.

Matt and his technician showed up on time and did a beautiful job cleaning the carpets in our 2 story home. We had moved out and sold the house but wanted to leave the new owners with clean carpeting as we have 4 cats. They were professional and did not take too long since the house was vacant and they did not have to move any furniture. The carpets look great!

I've used Steamer's for 3 years now and they have been consistently excellent. They always show up during the assigned time slot and every tech I've had is extremely professional and does a great job. (I've had the same tech a couple times over the past three years - which says to me they like their job and the company must treat them well, as it's not an easy job).

Excellent service. They explained treatment plan, protected furniture, gave future protection advice.

The Company came out as scheduled. In fact they had a cancellation and asked if I would like to be moved up. I did and they were prompt. They did a good job cleaning. They wore booties and had their own carpet at the front door.

We used them for quite a while. They just do a good job. They are very punctual. We would not use them if they were not good.

It was pleasant and it was the first time that we have used them. They are actually coming at least once a year to do our carpets.

One room was a disaster with spills and rust stains and cat pee. They got it looking like new, not a stain to be seen. They also did an enzyme treatment on the room which helped get rid of the cat smell and will hopefully keep the cat from peeing again. Same with the area rug - looks like new and was also treated with the enzymes. For the amount of dirt and pee, I thought they dealt with it very well. Highly professional, prompt, and quick. They were done in about an hour. My only not-positive comment is that they told me the carpets would dry in 4-5 hours. That was at 9:30am. They were pretty damp all day and we left them to dry until the next morning and even then they were a little damp yet. It wasn't a problem, maybe I just needed some tips on how to get the carpet to dry faster. I would definitely use them again. Update: the enzyme treatment was not very good. It was 4 weeks before we finally put our furniture back on the treated area of the carpet, and even then it still felt damp. Treatment leaves a kind of greasy film on the carpet when you rub your hand on it, and that does not go away. It didn't stop our cat from peeing on it either, but they warned us that there was only a 50/50 chance it would work for that. The area rug that we had treated has the same greasy feel, after several weeks we just rolled it up and put it away to have it cleaned again sometime in the future. In the meantime we bought a cheaper area rug to use while our peeing cat is still alive (he's very old and he's part of the family so we could never give him up). While I would still recommend this company to anyone, I would qualify that with a recommendation not to get the enzyme treatment. They still did a great job, were very quick and professional.

We originally secured a 3-4pm arrival on April 9th, but they called with a cancellation and were able to move us up to a 2-3pm arrival. We were ready and were delighted the house would have a greater length of time to dry. Actually they were able to arrive at 1:30pm. Keith and TJ introduced themselves and were cheerful and energetic. We showed them the problem spot and they treated and cleaned to our satisfaction. They gave a helpful hint for handling the problem should it occur in the future. Both men worked in unison and were efficient. We were very pleased with the job they did. This is probably our 3rd or 4th time to use Steamers.

Both technicians worked hard the entire time they were in our home. They moved furniture, rugs, etc.

TJ and Art did the cleaning over a two day period to ensure carpets and air ducts cleaned in the phase one period were dry etc. They were very thorough and explained everything along the way, including cost. I would say 99% of my carpet spots came out. They were also very thorough with cleaning the air ducts and made sure any dust from the air ducts was cleaned immediately. They returned to do all my tile areas (total of 769 square feet) and the tile turned out great. They also cleaned my dryer duct which has a return on the roof. TJ made helpful hints on how to get future spots out of the carpet and tile. Also what to clean the tile with going forward to keep it in excellent shape. They made recommendations about timeframes to do the carpet, tile, air ducts and dryer duct. It was a pleasure to do work with the Steamer clean, including the office staff. Irene kept me posted of everything along the way which was appreciated.

She responded quickly. I found a better deal.
