Description of Work: Cleaned and deodorize the whole house carpets. Got red vomit stains mostly out and cleaned a cloth recliner. Two workers took 2hours to clean everything. I'm a happy customer.

Description of Work: They were very quick and I thought that they did a great job, but when the carpet dried, all of the stains came back. Not their fault - it's just that I expected a lot and got very little. The stains (apparently) are there to stay. I wasted money, which I HATE to do but I sure did this time.

Response from Steamer's Carpet Care
At first, we were not sure if this review was about our company or if this member had confused us with another company. Our records show that we had been to her home not on February 20, 2013 as the member indicated, but on September 28, 2012. After visiting with the member further, she said she could not remember which date it was but she only had our company out to clean her carpet. With that said, we have accepted that the review is ours. We take our customers’ experience with us very seriously, both in terms of the quality of our cleaning and the manner in which we provide our service. Although this member's comments were not degrading to our company, the grades that she gave us show that her experience did not go as good as she had hoped, and that is something we regret. Since so much time has passed, our technicians cannot remember the particulars of the job. Since the stains came back so quickly, I can only speculate on a couple of items: 1) the carpet took longer to dry than usual 2) the soil deposits were large in volume on the carpet. The first scenario would have been our fault but the second is just a fact that heavily soiled carpet sometimes takes a couple of cleanings to get the stains completely removed. With Steamer’s Carpet Care, we offer a one-week guarantee to help with these situations. I informed this member that we would be happy to come back to her home and clean the carpet for free, but she has since sold her home and moved out of state. Either way, we regret that her carpet did not turn out as clean as she would have liked. Description of Work: Great, professional service. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. The workers were some of the most professional I've had in the house recently. They worked hard the whole time they were here and cleaning the whole house took under two hours because of their efficiency and focus. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: Bobby and Bryan were punctual, called and asked if they could come earlier. Cost was fair. No pressure tactics when they arrived. What was discussed on the booking was what they did. I prefer a drying process over a steam cleaning. My carpet was still damp last night. It should of dried within approx 4 hours. The whole house was cleaned , stairway and landing, also master bedroom closet.

Great experience!
Description of Work: A very good experience! Clay and Brian arrived at their appointed hour, politely introduced themselves, and then explained how they would be cleaning the carpets in my living room, dining room, bedroom, and stairs. The carpets looked great when they were finished! They cleaned up very nicely. I hope to call Steamers again to clean my carpets upstairs later this year.
