At first, we were not sure if this review was about our company or if this member had confused us with another company. Our records show that we had been to her home not on February 20, 2013 as the member indicated, but on September 28, 2012. After visiting with the member further, she said she could not remember which date it was but she only had our company out to clean her carpet. With that said, we have accepted that the review is ours. We take our customers’ experience with us very seriously, both in terms of the quality of our cleaning and the manner in which we provide our service. Although this member's comments were not degrading to our company, the grades that she gave us show that her experience did not go as good as she had hoped, and that is something we regret. Since so much time has passed, our technicians cannot remember the particulars of the job. Since the stains came back so quickly, I can only speculate on a couple of items: 1) the carpet took longer to dry than usual 2) the soil deposits were large in volume on the carpet. The first scenario would have been our fault but the second is just a fact that heavily soiled carpet sometimes takes a couple of cleanings to get the stains completely removed. I informed this member that we would be happy to come back to her home and clean the carpet for free, but she has since sold her home and moved out of state. Either way, we regret that her carpet did not turn out as clean as she would have liked.
