Gary, John and their team are amazing. They worked with the city on our permit and kept us informed when we needed design changes. Appreciated the one stop shop idea where I only needed one point of contact for all the work. From sales/design to install everything was great. Any issues that arose they handled immediately and to our satisfaction. We love our patio cover and will enjoy the additional time we'll be able to spend with family now entertaining.

We hired Serview Home Pros to turn our back porch into a sunroom. We were so pleased that we hired them again to build us a patio cover. They finished the jobs on time, the workers were very professional, friendly and respectful. They kept the worksite orderly and did a great job cleaning up when they were done.  We definately would hire them again!

Serview had a competitive bid but above expectations on customer service. They did an awesome job screening in my patio! It was better than I expected. We had one area with an odd angle but Andre, the installer handled it and made it beautiful.

Gary is the best to work with! He returns his texts and calls quickly and has the best subcontractors! Serviewâ s work is excellent! This company was one of only a very few that I have dealt with during my lifetime that was always responsive and didnâ t drop the ball. They did a great job. Get clarification on when your job will be completed. It could take months, which is fine had we been told to expect that. But during our sales agreement we were under the impression it'd be a few weeks. I would have liked to have been told it could've taken months from the beginning. Other wise HIRE them. Very professional and my sunroom is AMAZING!!

I was referred by a friend to Serview Home Pros and I'm thankful for that. We had other companies that we spoke with and not one really matched Serview Home Pros. Doug was the first person I had contact with who came out and went through out plans. Most importantly he listened and let us know what serview pros could do. He was great to partner with and had great follow up. (I cant say that about other companies). From there it was great communication through from our project manager to even the VP and owner of the company reaching out. They were transparent as some materials took some time (due to covid) but they acted quickly once everything came in. Every person that I came in contact with was friendly, helpful and always made sure to answer any questions. They're upfront on pricing and will work with you to get to the end result you're looking for. As with anything involving construction, there will be snags and items that may need additional attention by the builder. These guys work with you on those things to accommodate your individual needs. Serview Home Pros installed my screened patio and did a super amazing job!!! From cradle to grave they were super responsive, attentive, and very professional. Everyone that has driven by (my back patio faces the street) and has seen it, comment on how beautifully amazing it is. I love being able to sit in my back patio and enjoy a drink and not be exposed to the elements or the annoying flies/bugs.

Great work and professional. Highly recommend and would use them again. They are the best price and warranty their work. Financing options were available which is a plus for me.

We hired Serview to install a decorative concrete patio extension, large cedar pergola, a patio covering, and new wood fencing with staining and gates. They were very responsive, and the quality of the workmanship is great! Definitely recommend! (The only reason I gave 4 stars for the value for the money is because the cost of materials had gone up significantly due to high demand... but I know that had NOTHING to do with Serview since they canâ t control what materials prices do.)
