It is one of the fastest growing companies in the metroplex and services approximately 10,000 homes each year, some even in the Texas cities of Buda and Universal City. Thanks for doing business with us. On all one time treatments we guarantee our work so those retreats are free. And, yes, many times we go back after a few weeks. Part of that lies with the fact that the house and yard have not been treated this thoroughly We stir up many issues customers never knew existed. They go running when we disturb them so many times they are infected by the product and visible to the customer but in the process of dying. Many times we get calls to come back just to see dead bugs lying in the area the customer was referring to. Another reason is new bugs will hatch out in intervals. There is a great residual with the products we use so they won't last long. Thanks again for using us. Should you need service down the line you know who to call. Thank you for giving us an opportunity to service your home. If you look at the 220 pest control companies in the area, very few do what we do (only 3 or 4 that I have seen). You get so much more with our service and we only use the best products out there. Our prices are competitive with all other companies out there. On a one time service, many charge well over $200. We also guarantee our service longer than other companies. If you see anything for 45 days after we service you can call us. There is no charge. Most companies only have a 30 day guarantee. If you need anything in the future, please ask for me and I will lower your price as a repeat customer. Thanks Again- Matt Sherrill General Manager

Description of Work: Initial visit. Sprayed inside and outside of house. Used spray and granular treatment on lawn. Checked roof, rain gutters and yard for |any signs of wasps, scorpions, ants, etc. Very friendly and arrived |right on time as scheduled. Took time to explain the procedures and what if anything that was found. Extremely satisfied.

Description of Work: The agreement was to spray the entire yard. My backyard is gated off so I wanted them to call me before they came over so I could unlock the gate to have them spray the backyard. However they were unable to get a hold of me and they went ahead just sprayed the font yard and not the back. I was then sent a bill for the entire yard when they only did half of the job.

So sorry you are upset with the 2/27/15 service. We tried calling you 3/2/15, 3/3/15, and again today, 4/24/15 to resolve the situation! Please let us know when we can come back to retreat whatever needs to be done. Referring to the service, we called you two days prior to see if you needed a special time frame or had any specific problems. We also sent the technician you always request and gave you a 30 min call prior to the service. With all that, I am sorry we did not take care of your home in a manner that was acceptable to you. We have made notes to always contact you before coming out and to not treat unless you are present. I show we have serviced your home 13 times in the past 2+ years (I appreciate the kind words for the 3/23/13 service) so it upsets me that this service was not up to your standard. Let me know what I can do to make this right. We take VERY seriously our Angie Super Service award and do not want a single customer to be upset. During 2014, we serviced over 6,000 homes for a total of 20,898 invoices! We strive to be perfect. But when we are not, we try to quickly resolve the issue.
