Top Notch Gutters

He showed up on time but didn't bring proper tools (ladder) to get an estimate. He said he could send crew out later to remove the damaged gutter but couldn't actually replace it for over nearly a month! What a waste of my time. He may do good work but should be up front that he doesn't have the resources to keep up.

We loved this company. Larry came out the first time, was prompt and gave us a detailed very reasonable quote. Larry and his crew arrived on the scheduled date and time to do the work and then they did the work exactly like they said they would; efficiently and perfectly. Great Product! Great Service! Top Notch cleaned out my clogged gutters on my two story house. The gutters were clogged all around the house. These guys did a great job considering the height of my gutters and the pitch of my roof. Great service, attitude and clean-up.

From the moment I called Larry at Top Notch Gutters, I knew that I had made the right choice. Larry set up a day and time, at my convenience, to meet me at my home to discuss what I needed to have done. He arrived right on time and gave me a written quote which included an Angie's list discount, without my even having to ask for it. He was so personable and pleasant! He also scheduled the day and time that the work would be completed right then and there. He clearly set my expectations. A day before the work was to be done, Larry gave me a courtesy call to remind me. What service! He even offered to leave an invoice on my front door so that I could mail a payment check to him since I had to work on the day that they installed my gutters. Larry should literally teach classes to contractors about customer service. He's that good at it! All this, and my new gutters look great! Larry was a pleasure to work with. He installed a gutter system on our new home. I initially contacted Larry about a year ago for an estimate, but didn't really get to getting gutters due to other priorities around the house. I kept the paper with the estimate and called him up again a year later. At first, he didn't understand that I don't need another estimate and just wanted to know how much the price increase was from the quote he gave me from the previous year. Anyway, he ended up stopping by at my house again, mind you that I live on the North West side of town and he drove down from Seguin. He recognized my home immediately and ended up confirming that the price did not change! I felt really bad that he had to come all the way to my house from Seguin to just tell me that in person. What's worst was that he was on his day off?! I felt really bad, but Larry was a good sport. He was in high spirits and didn't mind at all. This just showcased how professional he was, considering that I didn't schedule the installation appointment on that very moment. That afternoon, I decided to go with him and installation was scheduled the following week. I wasn't there for the installation, but my husband was. He was impressed with Larry and his crew--from the quality of work, material to the quick pace of the crew. I would definitely hire him again! ***UPDATE*** I called Larry last week (June time frame) to inquire if he could re-configure one of the gutter drainage systems because it was in the way after getting our outdoor kitchen done. I offered to pay for this service but he wanted to inspect it first before settling on a price. He showed up next week and when I came home the gutter was fixed! He didn't charge me anything since it didn't require any additional material--he only had to bend/re-reroute the water drainage. It was such a nice gesture and once again, he has proven to be an awesome person to work with! I recommend him all the time to my friends and family. SUPERB!

It went quickly and smoothly. I called Larry Rittenberry about problems with the existing gutters. Larry gave me the pro's and con's between installing new gutters or repairing the existing gutters by adding downspouts and gutter guards. He was prompt and his crew was quick.

Larry did the bid - arrived the same day I called him. He was very professional and provided good advice on where we needed to have the down spouts. The request and bid was for guttering but after he arrived and started the job I realized I had not specifically requested the leaf covering. Larry was almost finished, but he arranged to return to his shop that same day and get the rest of the materials so he could do the job and finish that same day. He also had to remove leaves in the pre-existing gutters before he could install the leaf covers on the older guttering. They did this by hand to ensure that we did not have a lot of leaves in our front flower beds. Cleanup was excellent!! I would highly recommend Larry to others for this same service.

I now have beautiful new gutters which match my house perfectly. I am very happy with the workmanship and the professionalism of the crew. Hopefully, I will be able to install gutters on the rest of my house some time in the future.

Larry did a thorough onsite inspection, was very punctual and provided an estimate that beat the other 3 I had obtained (not by much, but anything helps, especially when you come so highly reviewed as Top Notch does!) The color was a GREAT match to our trim, the installation looks seemless like it was there before the house was painted a few months ago and wasn't actually an afterthought. His expectations of maintenance are very reasonable and overall is very good at what he does. I already handed off his name and number to a neighbor (who happens to be family) because they were impressed with his crew's work as I was.

Larry had projected a 3 hour work project. They finished the job in 2 hours. They were a pleasure to work with, mixing pleasant conversation with their work. Installed gutters for the whole house.

It went like clock work, from the first call to the completed job. Larry, the owner, was very professional and ready to answer all my questions. They scheduled two weeks out due to demand because of recent rain falls. He called the day before to confirm the appointment, which I very much appreciated! They arrived on time and ask if I had any questions before they started. They answered all my questions and got started right away. They were done in no time and cleaned everything up to include removing my old gutters that were previously taken down. The gutters looked great and they did a great job connecting the new patio gutters to the old house gutters!!! Professional, very courteous, great workmanship, and timely!! Top Notch Gutters is truly "Top Notch" and I will definitely use them again. Thank you for re-deeming my faith and trust in companies again. I highly recommend them!

Original installer (who was contracted by roof installer) returned at my request to resolve problem of overflowing gutter. Repair did not work, so I looked for a company on Angie's list that could do the job correctly. Decided on Top Notch Gutters based on evaluations & their own descriptions of what they could do. Larry came over to evaluate problem: newly installed gutter was overflowing. Resolution: install larger downspout at opposite end. Larry returned with crew on the date & time we agreed upon. The work was done. Next heavy rainfall could see that overflow issue was resolved. The crew took care to avoid disturbing plants growing in landscaping as they worked. I am going to have Top Notch do more repair work where previous installer did sub par work.

They were priced very well and they showed up on time for the appointment. They came back and fixed things through the warranty in a timely manner. There were 3 crew members and it took about a day to install the gutters. The followed up after the work was finished to make sure I was satisfied.

Just like last time, Larry's people arrived on time and worked quickly, carefully and efficiently. The finished project blends in beautifully with the architecture and compliments the house. Larry is a pleasure to work with.

Larry was very polite and professional! He first gave us an estimate, scheduled the work to be done, and then called us to confirm the time he would be here. His estimate was very fair, and he was able to discount that estimate based on the actual work which needing doing. We saw the crew working across the street from our home in Oakwell Farms. I noticed the care and precision that the crew displayed on our neighbor's home. They were extremely careful to keep the area clean, protected the landscaping, put safety cones in the street around their trucks. I walked over and talked to Larry, the owner. He came over, took measurements, and gave me a bid within 30 minutes. He gave us a color card with probably 30 different color choices - maybe more. His schedule was about three weeks out but we reserved a date. They showed up on time and completed the work the same day. The owner is a "working owner" and was on the job the entire time.

This company was prompt and performed the job very well. The owner Larry was very easy to work with and listened to our concerns. I will use him in the future for all my gutter issues.

We are so happy with our gutters. We were having a huge issue with rain coming off the roof and flooding our flowerbeds. The rain would wash away mulch and form big craters around the house. The new gutters have worked wonders and blend in seamlessly with the house. The owner came out, gave us a very reasonable quote and completed the work a couple of weeks later while we were at work. I would definitely suggest Top Notch Gutters. You will not be disappointed by the price or service!
