Excellent experience from estimate to completed job. Estimate provided shortly after initial contact and work started within two weeks. Work finished in less than two hours. I'm very pleased and will not hesitate to call them again

The estimator was punctual and very informative--he talked to me about the house and asked for information and input in the new gutter layout and design. They also were responsive in coming back two times to make minor changes which were needed but not foreseen. I was happy with the price...I called three contractors from Angies' List for this -project. The first company wanted to do an on the spot estimate but that wasn't possible because of some of the unique challenges on this house. The estimator seemed a little put out about that and I never heard from him again, despite three calls back to the company. The other company man didn't say a word to me or ask for my input. Their estimate was much higher, without the rain barrels. I would recommend them. Everyone who worked with them was very good.

Thank you Angie's List for helping us connect with this company! We contacted Larry to give us pricing for gutter on our newly constructed 3400 sq ft home plus a 20x30 detached garage. Larry showed up as promised, went over our job, gave us helpful suggestions and gave us a price right on the spot. With his stellar rating on Angie's List, what we considered to be fair pricing, and our experience thus far with this company, we gave them the job that day. The crew showed up as promised and did an outstanding job! They left our place as clean as they found it and did not damage our recently installed landscaping beds. To top it off, two of the downspout colors we selected did not blend as we expected so Larry offered to change them out...at no additional cost! How refreshing to do business with a contractor that does not nickel and dime and price gouge - certainly not the norm I've experienced with numerous contractors! If you need gutter, I highly recommend this company!

Got a detailed estimate in late November and had to wait a few weeks to schedule the work but it was worth the wait. Larry left color samples and made some helpful recommendations, and we were able to match the colors to our paint and brick so well that they blend right in. The crew came out around 9 am, reviewed the plans and walked the house with me before they started, made and install the whole gutter system in a few hours, and cleaned up before leaving. We haven't had any heavy rain yet to really put it to the test, but so far all seems to be working well. The final price was exactly what I was quoted; I put $200 down and paid the balance upon completion.

Larry came out to give an estimate the same day I called, the work was done on the day it was scheduled (a little earlier than the scheduled hour), they did a great job (I did not have to be home), I paid by phone after I got home and inspected the job, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Top Notch Gutters.

Bill came and did an estimate, he was very honest about what I needed and the price was fair. He recommended adding a downspout and selected a color perfect for the house. The crew showed up on time and completed the work in one day. I called about some missing stucco and the owner came out the next business day and repaired it perfectly.

They were prompt, professional, and responsive to minor changes. This is an excellent firm.

Provider was very responsive to my questions and my request. Their price was slightly higher than others that I received, so I have elected not to use.

Larry showed up for an estimate on the same day I requested it, gave a very reasonable project quote and showed up for the job on time. The work was fantastic and just in time for this week's rain. The staff was outstanding - polite, on time, very professional. The job was to put a short gutter from one roof level to another. They discussed all the options with me in detail and provided excellent recommendations. I went with their final recommendation and it came out very professional. The work was performed very efficiently, as well. I was concerned because the gutter would be visible from the front of the house and they accommodated my concern excellently. I will definitely use them again. They truly deserve their name - they are top notch in my book!

It couldn't have gone better. The owner was prompt and fair with the estimate. 3 weeks later, His team of three installers installed a 6"gutter,with screens, and a downspout on a portion of the house. The color match and installation was flawless. The owner came out before and after the installation to ensure high quality. I could not be more pleased with his customer service orientation and professionalism.

We ended up going with another installer due to short time frame for our project.

On an unknown date I called Larry, the owner of Top Notch Gutters, for an estimate. He advised they were running several weeks behind. Not surprising as I picked them from the Angies List reviews. I was having a new roof installed with removal of all gutters on the house, followed by painting. I was not in a rush. An appointment was made for 6/23/14 and Larry gave me an estimate of $433 for the small number of gutters I was replacing. This included an Angie's List discount of 10%. Following other work on the house I contacted Larry and I received an install date within a week. On about 8/1/14 his crew arrived and quickly and professionally installed the gutters. Larry stopped by and I had to unfortunately advise him his crew had broke a vent on the outside air conditioning unit. He accepted same very well. He insisted I not pay on that day until I knew the cost of the repair. My AC company replaced the top cover/vent the same day. Larry advised to deduct the entire cost and requested a copy of the repair bill. Larry's attitude with this small problem was just outstanding. I would have had a hard time with the situation as a business owner. Must be one of the reasons his company is so highly rated.

Even though this was a small job, the whole process was done 'top notch'!!! The final test will be when it rain.

Larry was very prompt, courteous and friendly when he came out to provide an estimate. He made sure he understood our needs exactly and proposed solutions that would help us better control rain coming off our metal roof. The original date to provide repairs was August 12, and we asked him to call us if there was an opening earlier. They called and came out yesterday, 7/28. The crew was right on time, professional and courteous. They completed the job well within the timeframe they gave us and the crew chief Albert walked me around the house to inspect the final product. He also made some recommendations that will require calling a roofing company to complete - I appreciate the extra advice. We are very pleased with Top Notch Gutters and would recommend them highly.

Larry is a great guy to work with, he knows his business and he knows how to work with his customers. He answers his phone when you call and he shows up when he says he will. Our new gutters work great! When I told him I wanted a rain barrel under one of my downspouts he advised me that it would fill up and spill over after only a few minutes of heavy rain, I insisted that we install it anyway which he did, happily. A few months later, after struggling for a solution for my rain barrel that would overflow any time it sprinkled (like Larry said it would), I called him back and asked if he could take it out and put a traditional downspout in its place. He came back and did exactly that and seemed happy to help. He wasn't going to charge me either, but I insisted. I would definitely recommend Top Notch and will be using Larry again in the future for any maintenance or repairs.

I located Larry via Angie's List to address the sagging and leaf filled gutters that came along with the 20+ year old house I'd bought in March. He was straight forward about what needed to be done: no fascia board problems, just some additional fasteners and my existing nails would secure everything.along with cleaning out about a years worth of leaves. Could not have had a better experience. The final price was slightly less than the estimate and no surprises, especially for leaf cleaning. (On my previous house I was "sandbagged", to be generous, by a per linear foot bid from one of the two biggest companies and afterward was billed for the length of my 16 downspouts as well). I will definitely use Top Notch again.

Larry came out to take a look at my dangling gutter. Fifteen minutes later it was snugly back in position, cleaned out and ready for the next rain shower. When I asked how much I owed him, he simply handed me a business card and asked me to tell my friends about his company. He modestly accepted a twenty dollar bill that I had in my pocket. Anyway, I'm officially telling all my Angie's List "friends" how much I appreciated his fantastic service! (He was nice to my dogs too.)

Our house did not have gutters over the back door or over the garage door. I called Larry Rittenberry for a quote to correct this situation and he responded by setting up an appointment to meet with us. He arrived as scheduled. He took the time to understand what our concerns were and then very carefully explained the best way to correct the condition. He also mentioned work done for nearby neighbors, which was helpful to know. We set a date for the work. Larry and his employee arrived on the day and got right to work. The job was completed successfully, looks great and solved the problem of keeping us dry when entering and leaving the house and garage.

Larry came by and gave us a very good estimate. We had to wait about a month, but it was worth it. He showed up with a crew of three and got right to business. His crew worked hard and completed the work in around a couple of hours. The gutters look great. I would recommend him to anyone.

This is the 3d time I've used this company, the second time for just clean out. They are in high demand, so I waited almost 4 weeks for an opening. They called to see if they could come early on the scheduled day, which was convenient for me. They used blowers to clean everything out, cleared 2 blocked downspouts and added extensions where I needed them. They worked quickly and cleaned up all the mess from the gutters. They checked a gutter I thought might be loose, but decided it was not and didn't require any additional work. When cleaning out a clogged extension, the guy actually took it to the back of the yard to empty the debris and water, rather than pouring it out near my porch. When the job was completed I was invited to jointly inspected the work. Well done.

Everything went really great I had used him about (3) years ago and gutters were placed everywhere that was necessary to keep the water away. This time it was for what approach I needed to take on an existing gutter which he fixed on the spot and the other was if I needed another gutter in front so that it wouldn't destroy my bush he advised adding the same foliage I had on the opposite side so it would take most of the rain in pack. I also showed him a downspout that bent it a little from my umbrella flying off Larry bent it back and touched it up with some spray paint. I would like to that him for everything he did and his advise is also valuable to me. I would diffently use him for my projects anytime.

Larry came out the day after I talked to him to give me an estimate. He called me back that day and was able to schedule me for the job within 1-2 weeks. His crew was hard working and very knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and said they were always available for any concerns I may have in the future. They couldn't finish the job the same day because I had a tree blocking one of the areas they needed to access. After the tree was removed, Larry was back within a couple of days to finish the job. I really appreciate all of their work and highly recommend them to anyone!
