Outstanding experience from the beginning. They were very accommodating to my schedule and were very punctual for the initial estimate, removal of existing gutters, and the for the installation. They called to confirm the arrival dates/times and arrived within minutes of their scheduled arrival. They were able to incorporate last minute changes to include leaf guards at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Top Notch Gutters.

The work went very well. The people were friendly and informed me of all options and details. The gutters look great and have taken care of my drainage problems.

Forgot a minor repair but responded immediately to our phone call and came back the next day and finished the repair. Overall they did an excellent job and we would definitely hire them again.

It went very well. I met with the estimator, Bill, who seemed very knowledgeable. We had previous unsuccessful gutter repairs to our problem spots with two different gutter firms and were concerned about another failed effort. I am very happy to report this time our drainage problems were solved. After the heavy rains this past weekend, we have had the best drainage ever. I believe Mike was the name of the crew chief. He and his crew were very prompt, professional and courteous. I had a lot of concerns about our problem areas and they listened to my concerns. I was quite skeptical during the whole repair, but they assured me they would do what it would take to make it right. And make it right is exactly what they did

The two men showed up about 5 minutes early and did a good job. They worked quickly and blew leaves into the grass (instead of just leaving them where they landed.) They left my house looking nice. They forgot to add the strip of metal to force water into a gutter, but came out promplty the next day and completed the job. Unfortunately, they left their metal trash in my flower bed. I called to let them know, but cleaned it up myself.

I found this provider for my mother on Angie's List on the night of August 25th. My mother called Larry on Wednesday morning and made an appointment for later that day. My mother was thrilled with the professionalism and workmanship as well as the price of his services. She had called two other businesses who gave her outrageous bids without ever seeing the problem and was at a loss of what to do until I found Top Notch Gutters for her on Angie's List.

eviews. I found Top Notch Gutters on Angie's list and was impressed with the reviews. When I called they answered promptly and scheduled an appointment to come out and give me an estimate. Bill came out, was very cordial, friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure I chose the colors that best matched the house trim and made some very good suggestions as well. Larry called me to schedule the appointment for installation and was friendly and helpful. The work crew of four showed up right on time, were friendly, courteous and very hard workers! They did an excellent job, did a thorough clean-up, and asked me to check it all out to be sure it met my approval. They then made a few small changes at my request. Friends, family and landscapers all agree it is a great job well done! I understand why they are called "Top Notch'!! I highly recommend them.

They responded quickly, came out when they said they would and gave me an estimate, which was very reasonable. They contacted me within a day to set up a time for the installation. The installers were professional and cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with the work and would recommend them to friends.

June was a bad month for weather and this delayed the start date about one month. Once the weather cleared and the roofing contractor could address his backlog, the roof was completed. Top Notch stayed in close communication with the roofing repair and started the gutter replacement as soon as possible. Throughout all of the bad weather, we were able to communicate with the contractor and knew exactly what the plan was. The replacement gutters are larger in cross-section and will easily carry more flow. We are delighted with the gutters provided by Top Notch and will easily recommend him to others.

I do not want this published because I think these young men can do better. We live in a gated community and when they arrived they were not on the "admit" list because I had not made the appointment yet. It was very soon after I bought the coupon. I am not sure what caused this mix up. If these young men pay a little more attention to detail, they are going to be very good! Then I would negotiate a better price and gladly use them again!

Team of persons showed up on time with all the equipment required to expedicously clean my gutters which were clogged up. Due to having multiple persons, they were able to complete the job in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with both the quality of the job and the speed in which it was completed. Would definately use them again.

I was very impressed. Super nice people, very responsive and honest. On time for estimate, and on time on the day of work. They had excellent quality. I've referred two of my friends already. I will be using them again in the future for gutter cleaning.

Arrived early and were very fast and respectful.

Larry runs a top notch service just as the business name indicates. His foreman Albert was exceptionally professional. He patiently reviewed the plans with me and answered all my questions. He displayed a can do attitude and was very respectful. The rest of the crew were always moving and working. The result was a beautiful installation that you could hardly notice. I work with independent contractors all the time and this was a great experience.

They scheduled the job promptly. Showed up on time and were very professional. Even pointed out a broken tile on our roof. Did a great job.

They are nice people friendly, worked hard and finished on time. The price was good. They were one of the cheapest I got. One side of the house did not look so nice, one side was excellent.

i am very pleased with the services and the result of the work performed by Top Notch Gutters. All went as planned, workers went even over board by changing a piece of rotten wood that supports the gutters. no additional charge for the replacement, work agreed by Larry the owner. I call that " service" real service. The quote agent of the company had told me the wood piece would be replaced but did not mentioned it to Larry in the quote. They did not question word, and went ahead and replace the piece of rotten wood. it was the truth , the quote agent had told me it would be replaced when he gave me the quote. i just do appreciate that i did not have to justify myself. Great job, friendly workers, very professional team, clean, they cleaned the mess from the old gutters. Price was also half of the second best company on Angie's list in San Antonio!

Our experience with Larry at Top Notch Gutters was simply outstanding. Top Notch was referred to us by the company who re-roofed our home, and after we researched on Angie's List the decision to use Top Notch was a no-brainer. Larry and his team are fully deserving of their status and awards on Angie's List. Larry is one of the very few contractors that we have used over the years who NEVER missed an appointment and was NEVER late. He came to measure, and we received the estimate, a written quote, and then completion of the work on time, every time, as promised. When he told us he would be at our house at a certain time, he was on time to the minute. We were so happy with the original work that we requested additional gutters to be added by Larry. He promised to be at our home at a designated time to take measurements and he did exactly that IN A POURING DOWN RAIN! How many contractors would do that? Not too many in our experience! Simply put, Larry and his team at Top Notch Gutters are, well, TOP NOTCH!!!! GREAT JOB LARRY!

Larry came by immediately and looked at the bent gutter and showed me the problem. He recommended two alternatives. No pressure to buy. Once I settled one he sent his team out and installed the new spout that will prevent future damage. Fast and professional. Good work team!

Excellent experience from estimate to completed job. Estimate provided shortly after initial contact and work started within two weeks. Work finished in less than two hours. I'm very pleased and will not hesitate to call them again
