Excellent. They are busy, so it took a while to get on the schedule, but the work and the price were "Top Notch".

Larry and his guys are, well, "top notch!" I selected his company through his unprecedented feedback on Angie's List and, all of the positive comments were well-deserved. Larry and his crew spent a great deal of extra time correcting a previous gutter contractor's work, and diagnosing and solving a roof-edge leak that had plagued us for years. His price was very reasonable considering the extra work he performed, more importantly was the pride and outstanding work ethic he showed.

This company is highly competitive with their pricing. They did exactly what they were supposed to do.

Larry responded quickly. He was able to set up an appointment within a few days. He and his assistance arrived at my house on time and he proceeded to answer questions we had about gutter installs, materials, and methodologies. He even mentioned a competitor's name in Austin when we asked about a specific brand that he doesn't sell. Larry was very patient, explained the downspout and backsplash placements and reasons. He then provided us with a diagram and estimate.

Company did exactly what they said they would from start to finish at a very good price. Reliable, courteous, and professional service.

I called Top Notch to get an estimate for gutter installation on our new home and left a message on their voice-mail. My call was returned the same day (by Larry) and he came over for an estimate the next week. He may have been a few minutes late, but I wouldn't have noticed if he didn't apologize for the tardiness (which I thought was very conscientious). The price he quoted was reasonable and due to the rave reviews from other Angie's List users, I decided to go with Top Notch. Larry arrived on the promised day at the promised time and finished in exactly 4 hours. He and his co-worker left our property very clean upon completion. The gutters look great and did a fabulous job under the first rain! Should anything go wrong in the future, we are covered under a 2 year warranty.

We have always had problems with sheets of water coming off roof onto back patio. Decided time to put up gutters but were worried about cost and quality. Contacted Top Notch about a quote and Larry came out next day on time and was very professional and quoted a very, very reasonable cost. In addtion, he had color pallette to match color with house. Set up date and time for installation. Larry called couple of days prior to remind me and showed up on time on date of installation. Larry and his crew took about an hour put up. Color matched perfectly and the work was great. Asked Larry about a flag mounting I had ATTEMPTED to put up onto front of house (stucco). Larry had one of his crew put it up and was done in couple of seconds with no additional cost. GREAT SERVICE. When you think of Gutters think of TOP NOTCH, because they are.

The gentleman and his wife run the business. They respond promptly and do great work. They're really just great to work with.

Larry and his crew did a great job. From the initial visit on 6/2 when he walked me through the process, got my input on what needed doing and designed a plan, to the installation on 6/17, it went very well. He scheduled the installation on my schedule rather than taking a "take it or leave it" approach. I particularly appreciated that when they were running a bit late on installation day, he called to let me know. He and his crew did their work, cleaned up and even hauled away an old satellite dish they had to take down. The new gutters and downspouts look great on my house.

Larry showed up on the same day I called to inspect the house. He was friendly and thorough. He gave me a fair quote, and I told him we were getting other bids as well. We compared bids, and although there were a couple of bids lower priced, we went with Top Notch. I called Larry and he set up the installation for June 13. He and his two workers showed up on time and completed the job in 3.5 hours. Since it hasn't rained yet, I'll have to wait and see if everything is working. But, from what I can tell, it's a beautiful job. Larry and his workers know what they're doing, and do a fine job.

Larry, the owner, took my call and 2 days later arrived to quote the project. He gave us a couple of options to help us stay within our budget and he gave us a discount. We ended up going with a combination of repair and replacement. Larry didn't push us for total replacement like other companies. He said he would finish the project in 1 day and scheduled us for 10 days later. Larry and his crew arrived on time and finished the work on time. Very professional, cleaned up after themselves. Our gutters look and work great!

Received a fair price estimate. Larry is very professional and honest. He came on time to do the install. He and his crew did an excellent job. Very pleased. If there is an issue with the gutters I know Larry will promptly fix it.

Father/Son team and they work very well together and very professional, efficient and fast. They responded to me within a week and got the gutters up in 3 hours.

He saved me lots of money this way. I had scheduled them to come out, but I decided to get some branches cut first. We rescheduled and he did the work on 11/26/07. He was here right at the time he said he would be. Larry is the owner and he seems to know his business and is very kind, understanding, and patient. He was very mannerly and did a great job. I would definitely nominate him for the page of happiness and would recommend him to others.

Fabulous. I called on Tuesday and Larry completed an estimate that day. I was very pleased with the price quote and asked them how soon they could do the work. The team came out the following Monday and installed the gutter. It matches my paint trim perfectly. I came home from work and could not even tell they had been there except for the addition of the gutter (they cleaned up and did not disturb the plant bed)!

Larry Fletcher was neat, prompt and gave accurate and informed estimate. Day the work was done: Larry and his men were on time, clean, neat, warmly communicative. Considered all the problems with previous system, recommended the best solution. Work done quickly, efficiently, and neatly. Job site left spotless. So glad we waited for Larry. He had a backlog. We had a drainage problem from the old system. The quality of the work is wonderful. There is a one year guarantee.

Perfect. They came out for a free estimate on time and left a color chart with me. I called them back 3 days later and set appointment for a replacement of old gutter. They came on time it took 30 minutes and they cleaned up afterward. Very professional and nice people. They were able to book appointment within a few days.

Larry came by before scheduled day to give bid since we were on his way home. Arrived promptly on day scheduled. Crew was professional, quick, and clean. It was a pleasure to visit with them while they worked. Even suggested change to one down spout to save on cost. Gutters look great and work well. Gave Military Discount in addition to Angie's List discount! Would absolutely hire again and recommend to anyone (they're doing my neighbor's house next!).

Larry told me up front that he was booked up for the next month. He gave me a date and time for the installation. The day before the appointment I called the office to verify that we were still on. (I was concerned that the many days of heavy rain might have put them off schedule). Larry and his crew showed up on time and worked efficiently to complete the job before another round of heavy rain began at the end of the day. The gutters met their first test and passed. The new drainage system is far superior to what was there before.

They were on time, they were very professional, explained everything clearly and I was extremely satisfied.

Very well. He was very busy so it took a couple of weeks before he could come. But when he came to give me the estimate for the work, he told me he could work me in in three days. It was worth the wait. His estimate was right on the money and the work was done well without taking undue time.

Larry Rittenberry impressed me with his honesty, easy to understand sales presentation with written warranty. Quality of work was outstanding and clean up of work site was perfect. This young man knows business and as owner/operator provided excellent gutter installation service.

I called them after I had a bad conversation with another company. They were very responsive to my needs. The offered me a senior and military discount. I was extremely pleased with the service.
