Top Notch Gutters

I was out of town during installation. When I returned I had gutters and no mess. It was great.The owner contacted me to see that everything was completed properly.

He was prompt and courteous. I am pleased with the results.

Larry and his team were early which was fine with me. They immediately got started. They were very professional, skilled, and polite. If they thought something might look better done differently than the drawing, they came and got me and we discussed it. It took about half a day for these guys to complete the job. When they were ready to go, Larry came and got me and we walked around the house to look it over and it was perfect. There wasn't a single piece of trash or evidence they had been there. The gutters looked like they had been there forever. I was very happy with the work this team did for me.

The work crew arrived promptly and worked through lunch, finishing the job in 2 1/2 hours. They cleared away the old gutters and moved items on our patio to prevent damage in the removal process.

It went extremely well. Larry, the owner, supervised the work. He returned that evening when I got home to walk around the house with me to inspect the work. They did a good job of matching the existing colors of the home. We are very pleased with the quality and cost.

Larry (owner) came to our home, did a complete walk around of the property. Explained the differences in the different types of gutters (their's are seamless and constructed on site) and the kinds of screens/leaf guards that can be used and then he took measurements and gave me an estimate. We went with the gutters and leaf screens because of all the trees on our property. He even let me choose the color that I wanted for the gutters and was overwhelmed by the color selection. When my husband came home that evening, he noticed that I had not told him to add a gutter and downspout to a small area that he was concerned about. I called Larry up and he told me to just add xxx amount of dollars for the downspout. So, on a rainy, drizzly, bitter cold morning of 13 January, Larry and a three man crew showed up on time. He told me up front that it would take a little longer because of the rain and slickness of the roof. That was not a problem for me because I had opened up the whole day for them. I just feared for their safety more than anything. His entire crew was wonderful, friendly and professional. I was impressed that they were able to do all the work in 3.5 hours with the rain coming down. After they were done and cleaning up, I asked Larry about downspout splashes. I told him, that I had looked at several home improvement stores and they just had plastic ones that would blow away in a 10 mph wind. He said that he had a friend who made the concrete ones for $15.00 a piece. I bought three on the spot and he delivered them to me on the following Monday plus brought an extra elbow for the bottom of one of the downspouts to curve the water away from a fence. My husband and I are very pleased with everything that Larry and his crew did for our home.

Everything was near perfect from bid to installation. Larry is a true gentleman in his business dealings; prompt, courteous, and flexible to the customer's needs. Highly recommend potential customers get a bid from Larry.

They were neat, professional, and there were no hidden expenses. They came on time and did what they said they were going to do. Everything was fixed correctly.

Crew arrived on time with supervisor. Work went quickly, and was well done.

Larry answered promptly the first time I called, he was very professional and easy to work with to schedule an appointment. He called the morning of the appointment to confirm time ad location. He arrived slightly prior to our scheduled appointment and quickly analyzed the problem and solution. Larry also inspected the gutters (at my request) to see if they needed cleaning, he removed a small amount of debris and said they looked good and did not need to be cleaned. I would not have known if they needed to be cleaned or not, I appreciate his honesty. Larry needed to order the channel guide for the proper color match and said he would plan to return Friday if possible to install it. Larry called Friday afternoon to see if he could come and do the work. He arrived shortly after the telephone call and completed the work. His original estimate was exactly what he charged for the work.

Top Notch completed the job in one day and everything went well. Larry was up front about all costs and was very professional throughout. Great Experience.

Top Notch removed the old gutters several weeks before the new gutters were installed because we were having painting and roofing work done first. When that work was completed he was able to schedule the installation within a few days. Larry and two other men completed the job in about 4 hours. Everything was professionally done. The new gutters with leaf screens look good.

Est was given in March. Project was delayed by Insurance co but the original price quote was still honored including Angie's list and Senior citizen discount. Larry was very understanding about delays. Scheduled promptly when we were ready. Larry and his crew of 2 men(I did not get their names, but they were great) arrived a little early for appt. They discussed with me just what they would do, even made adjustments to existing downspout that was not draining where they should (at no extra charge). It had to be one of the hottest days we've had, but they worked quickly, neatly, safely and competently. Job was done in a couple of hours. Highly recommend.

Larry can out and provided a quote very quickly and explained all the work and quality of the material that he would install. He was professional and knowledgeable. We scheduled a time for the work to be completed and he and his team were on time and did a great job on the gutter repair. Additionally, he was in constant communication with me on any new issues / problems as the arose. He noticed some wood rot around the gutter edges and he replaced that material and painted it to match the exterior of the house. The were able to complete job as scheduled and as expected. I will use Larry for some additional work as he and his team were very professional and the quality of work met my expectations. As a note, he also volunteered to fix a sprinkler head that was outside of his control and he even assisted me in changing a tire on my SUV that had gone flat--going the extra mile to keep a satisfied customer.

Larry returned my call within an hour of my making it. He came out to give us a bid on the job the next week. He was on time for the appointment. Larry was courteous and offered to give us military, senior citizen and an Angie's List discount. The repairs were done on time. No mess was left behind. The new gutters are beautiful and work perfectly. It was nice to find a company which takes pride in their work.

Larry the owner arrived on time for the free estimate. Friendly but professional with alot of energy thrown in for good measure. Gave me a discount for "Angie's list", military, and senior citizen" before I even asked for any discount. Cleaned up the mud he tracked on the driveway after he had walked around the house. He and his crew arrived on time, completed the job on time and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was exactly what had been presented. He even changed the color of the downspout on one side of the house as the color differs from the 2nd story to the 1st. I might not need his services for a long time but I sure can recommend his company which I already have.

The owner of this company is very, very personable and trustworthy. We liked him right away! He did really good work. What we remember most is how personable and easy to talk to he was. The pricing was fair. My husband noticed a little glitch in the work and he was very responsive to that. He came back and corrected it. We are very happy with him and are happy to recommend him.

Larry did exactly as promised. He was on time and finished early. Left the area spotless. Color of gutter was exactly as shown in the color sample.

Excellent experience with Larry. Very personable and professional. On his way out of my backyard he had to walk through my neighbor's yard and he fixed a falling gutter on my neighbor's roof at no extra charge... amazing. I even took the opportunity to tell Larry that I'm going to ask my builder for my new home to use him to install the gutters and downspouts.
