The men were very professional. They took up three rooms of carpet and dried the floor. They moved furniture with great care and not one thing was damaged. I highly recommend this company.

Overall they did a good job. They cleaned carpets and repaired ceiling tiles. There was some miscommunication about the repairs, but they were resolved. They are little expensive, but they did do an adequate job.

We had our kitchen flooded after a botched dishwasher installation. The wet floor included all the kitchen, the dining area and into the carpeted living area (about 500 square feet). We turned the water off and started to clean up. However, we noted the baseboards were wet and moisture had leaked under the walls and was running down the outside of the foundation. I knew we would have major moisture damage unless this was addressed quickly. I called Servpro of Guadalupe and Gonzales Counties (The house was in Schertz, TX) They were there in LESS THAN AN HOUR! The emergency service call by Mr. Cole Salyer was very extensive. He has very polite and professional. WITHIN AN HOUR the emergency setup team was there. All the baseboards were removed, holes drilled in the drywall behind the baseboards and the drying equipment was started. He said it might take 3 days, but it only took 2 days. The baseboards were easily reinstalled by our handyman. It looks great and you can not tell there was any water leak. Since there would be a third party paying for the repair Servepro graciously allowed the payment to be put on hold. It took over 7 weeks for the third party payer to pay us. Whitney at the main office stayed in touch with me discussing the process of approving the payment. She is very pleasant and professional. Sometimes it is hard to remain pleasant when discussing payment issues with a client. I hope I will never be placed in a situation like this again, but if I am Servpro will be called..

Servpro showed up on time every single day. I was very impressed with their communication and explaining what was going on with regards to my clean up. I would recommend them to anyone else looking for water damage cleanup.

This franchise was recommended to me for a water damage in my home. They were professional and helped me through the process to get my home restored to normal. Would definitely use them again!
