+ -1 moreReferred through our Home Warranty company… tech came out never touched anything said he couldn’t do anything cause the city would have to turn off the main water. We have a separate house main that you turn off and still made us pay the $75 for basically getting out of the truck to get back in. If he would have looked maybe just maybe I wouldn’t be calling yet another plumber and just paying the full price.
Description of Work: Faucet and knobs in the guest bathroom leaking and corroded.

+ -1 moreVery disappointed and angry. Our plumber technician never showed up in Tyler and never called. I took off from work to be here from 12 to 4 for nothing and lost money from work. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: I was referred to Terminator from my home warranty company. I was able to make contact with them initially and he recommended I check something before he came out. I appreciated the fact that he asked that I check something rather than waste the trip charge and then have to call someone else and be charged again. After checking the item, I found no issue, so I called him back many times, left several messages, but have not received a return call. I have gone back to my home warranty company for a new referral.

Description of Work: This company was assigned by our Home Warranty company. The plumber arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem correctly, didn't have the part with him but went and got it quickly and returned quickly, made the repair and was gone! No complaints.

They said it needed replacement and it would be $250 for the disposal and $125 for installation. Since I have a home warranty, I said don't do it. The home warranty company sent Terminator out, and they had it running in less than one minute! Great company!

+ -1 moreTPS was the company sent by my Home Warranty insurance to fix the leaky showerhead. Mr. Howard called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He was professional and thorough, replacing the washers on both the hot and cold fixtures and caulking as well. He also took a look at the connection to the icemaker which I had disconnected because it was leaking. This was a service not covered by my insurance. He only charged me $10 for the part, even though it took him 30 minutes to fix. Mr. Howard was friendly, professional and I will certainly hire him in the future.
