+ -1 more7-10-2014 Requested Dollar Estimate to mow lawn. I provided my email address to contact me. I provided great textual detail of area to be mown, what was to be done with links to satellite imaging of property. It's been 8 days now with no response. They obviously don't want my business. That's very poor customer service. I'm surprised, considering that they had such a high average rating. Perhaps customers have been beaten down so much over the years that even poor customer service is regarded highly. It also tells me something about Angie's List as well. Perhaps one gets no better customer service as a result of using Angies List considering that this company and 2 others have yet to provide an estimate.
