+ -1 moreThe first time she came out because our previous company was not cleaning or treating the pool water. She got us in good shape in no time. She replaced our pool filters for us (at an additional cost), and keeps us up to date on anything we need to address. She has cleaned / serviced our pool for over one year. She is prompt and very courteous. I highly recommend her.

+ -1 moreExcellent. Liz replaced items and texted me pics of the work she was doing. Very professional. She knows her stuff. Also vacuumed my pool no charge and replaced filter basket no extra charge. I highly recommend Pool Frog Pool Services. My pool has never looked better. Liz also gave me some tips on maintaining my pool and referred me to Leslie pools to tune up my Polaris sweeper.
Description of Work: Replaced 4 cartridge filters plus manifold for pump.

+ -1 moreOur contact person is excellent. It turned out to be excellent. She responded immediately. By text, she can reach me. She leaves me details on anything that needs to be done.
Description of Work: We're using Pool Frog Pool Service. We started having problems and we called her. In the very first day, she found that there was a broken basket in the water countertop. She special-ordered it for us. She came out and she replaced all of the filters in the filter pump. There was a filter that I can buy but she went out and bought it for me. The one we had was damaged and it collapsed.

+ -1 moreLiz is prompt, professional and knows her business! She is flexible with appointments and reaonable priced. In the past, she has worked miracles on our pool turning it from green to sparkling blue in a matter of days (not weeks). Would recommend her to anyone in the area.

+ -1 moreShe brought her own chemicals, equipment, and tools. It was the end of the winter and our pool turned green. She came on a Tuesday and by the weekend our pool was sparkling blue. She is a miracle worker. We had tried a lot of things on our own but she was able to fix it. The service was great!
