Description of Work: Installed a sprinkler system in my front and backyard. They worked in conjunction with our landscape designer and the system was customized to our needs. Fabulous service.

+ -1 moreShe did not have after-hours appointments or weekend appointments so I took off work Friday morning for an 8:00 am appointment. When no one showed up by 8:20 I called and was connected to voicemail. I left a polite but firm message questioning status of our appointment. LIsa called back in less than 5 minutes and did not apologize for being late, but said 'her guy had had an irrigation emergency but was close by and would be there shortly'. I suspected she had forgotten the appointment. And turns out I was right. Chris, showed up in a little while without Lisa, who is the designer. He was very nice but he was the irrigation person and he did not apologize either. When questioned the designer's whereabouts, he "guessed she had a problem with the kids". He walked the property with me carrying a notepad on which he never wrote down a single note. By the end of the tour I asked if it would like to take pictures of the areas we discussed to share with the designer. He thought that was a good idea and I left him to his work. When I looked out the window in less than 5 minutes, he was already gone. I waited a week and a half and never heard from anyone again. I called and of course, was connected to voicemail. I left a message to the effect of: I'm not sure if this is the normal wait-time for an estimate, but if you have not completed it yet, don't bother because this is as long as I'm willing to wait and now I understand why consumers join Angie's List! Even that did not get a response or apology.
Description of Work: I responded to a flyer left on my door for lawn and landscape service and made an appointment with Lisa for them to come give an estimate to make improvements to my landscape beds, remodel a water feature and provide lawn service thereafter.
