Started a little late due to previous appointment going long, but that's unavoidable; a quick call to the office confirmed that help was still on the way. When Abner arrived, he assessed the situation quickly and proceeded with the replacement expeditiously. Highly professional and safety-conscious.

They did a great job and were very responsive. We got them from a recommendation and we would recommend them as well.

I had an appointment scheduled for them for Wednesday, and they were unable to tell me a time of when they would be arriving on that day. Then they asked me if I could move my appointment to Thursday. I own rental property and am driving down to be there for the service, Wednesday was what was to be expected and confirm.

The electrician was on time. The office called in advance on the day of the appointment to confirm he he was coming. The work was completed in a very short time. I asked the electrician some questions about other electric concerns I had in the house. He did his best to answer them.

The electricians were prompt and worked the entire time except of course during their thirty minute lunch break. They provided sound advice on ways to make my lighting even better than originally planned. I had to interrupt their work because the guy showed up to do lay my floors. I called their office and explained and they were very nice about my mix up. The electricians were rescheduled and returned in a couple of days to finish the job. Everyone who has seen my lighting is impressed with what they did.

This is an excellent company and I highly recommend them. They showed up on time and we'e very knowlegeable and very consicentious. They finished the work as expected wikth no follow-up reguired. They very careful with they'ree preparation and clean-up. These are the type of true craftsmen that we need to support and ensure that they stay successful in business.

Howard, the service tech, arrived a little late because he had problems finding my home. Once I explained the work to be done, he went after it. Very quiet fellow. Thoroughly checked everything. Cleaned up after himself and I was satisfied with his work.

The exhaust fan stopped working and I tried to repair it but couldn't. We have home protection service through First American and they contacted Bay Area to fix the fan. The service was phenomenal. They were there the same morning we called First American. The new motor took thirty minutes to install with no mess and polite behavior from the electrician. We only had to pay the trip charge.
