The company said that they placed there traps on the roof outside of the hole. The only thing this accomplished was to trap every rodent in the neighborhood and none in the house

Hired them for raccoon removal. Guy went to the premises and asked where do I believe the raccoon was coming from. Instead of performing a professional check, he just said that he would just leave a trap ans see what happens. His trap was in poor shape and did not catch the raccoon as it closed even before the little critter was able to go in. Ultimately I had to use another service. They still charged an impressive $500 charge for going 1 time. Worst company ever!, they are a complete scam.

I highly recommend All About Rodents. They?showed up?when they said they would. They?were thorough, courteous, and quicker than I expected. We are now two months mouse free in the tool shed and our attic squirrels are gone too!?(we didn't even know we had them!) If you have rodents or other animals you need gone, call them right away! You will be glad you did.

I took off work early to meet Ritchie at my home at 4:00pm. At 4:30, he called to say he was 21 miles away, and that some customers earlier that day made him run late. I was already irritated, as I took off work early to be there ON TIME. I told him that he should have called when he knew he was going to end up late, WAY BEFORE 4:00pm since he knew in the morning his day was running late. Anyway, he finally arrived at 5:22pm! Almost 1 1/2 hours late. He did not seem to care much that he was so late, and never apologized for it or anything. I treated him nicely, but I was not happy with how late he was. He was a bit pushy, and said that he was going to do several things that I really did not need done. And I was not sure I had a squirrel, but he did not verify that. He just started quoting prices. He said his price MINIMUM is $525, and it was $175 for the one-way trap. I expected maybe $300 or so, based on what I have seen on Angie's List and checking around. He said that if any other people come out and say they will do it for less, I am not getting everything done. But I don't need some of what he wanted to do! He was going to put screens on my weepholes to "keep the lizards out". In my years of apartment and homeownership, I have never had lizards come in through weepholes! He was here for SQUIRRELS! He will argue otherwise, but he is just trying to get the job with no regard to what I needed. I did not want the extras, but his minimum is $525 and includes those things. The trap is another $175. But he sealed his fate when he didn't have the professionalism to show up on time, or call ahead to say he would be late, and then did not care. And he can blame his other customers, but HE could have CALLED and let me know he was running late, which obviously was too much trouble. His mannerism just made me feel uneasy. I am a woman just trying to take care of my house..."go with your gut"...I won't use them. I gave this company a D because he was dressed appropriately, and he did give me the bid. Oh, and when I asked for a business card, he didn't have any. They were in the "other truck". Obviously not prepared, or maybe just didn't have any at all.
