Aeon Blue Pool & Spas

Was called out to replaster pool and install LED light after we derived to an agreement about product and price Aeon Pools without my knowledge hired a subcontractor to perform the work. The results have been disastrous...the plaster was not the color we agreed upon and the light installation required them remove my diving board and break up my decking in order to run new conduit. To date Aeon Pools refuses to repair the plaster replace the decking and in addition the light that is installed is out of city code due to gaps between the light frame and the pool wall. This company has no integrity in honoring a contract or for a job well done.

The people at Aeon are very professional and friendly. They do a great job every time. and if you have a problem they give you the best options not the most expensive options. They are honest and that means a lot to me. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for pool service or repairs.

Bret came out twice to work on our pool. He replaced the spa valve TWICE - it still does not work. He replaced my salt cell - overcharged for the part (he charged $699 the same part can be found online for just over $400). When I called him to tell him the spa still didn't work he said he couldn't fix it and would refund me $50. He replaced the temperature sensor and the temperature is still not reading right. He was defensive and uncooperative. Stay FAR AWAY from this guy....basically I don't think he's a bad guy I think he just needs to stick with pool cleaning.

After moving to Friendswood from Northern California I was overwhelmed with the amount of pool service companies available to me in the area. I spent time reviewing companies online and found one I thought I could rely on to provide the routine maintenance of my pool. Since the first conversation I had with the company owner, Brett, I've been very impressed and very pleased. His knowledge about pools and industry is extensive. More importantly, what I find of value with this company is the quality service that is proven by my gleaming pool and the integrity you feel behind the business operations - this is important to me as a consumer. For example, the previous company I had hired decided to mess with the pool timing system and as a result had my pool system running for hours on end. After the first visit from Aeon, the company owner notified me to let me know that my timing system was not working and would be in my best interest to consider replacing. This resulted in immediate cost savings on my light bill - again very thankful. There are more examples I could share but I would rather summarize with what I see as their most important attributes: -Quality service in every aspect since I've started working with them -Small business operations proven by their ongoing interaction with the consumer/customer -Business integrity proven by how they treat and service their clientele
