Before hiring any contractor, ensure the companies employees are actually their employees or certified subcontractors. Horrible experience with what they thought was a valued employee who was actually working for a different company, took money and gave it to his â otherâ employer to pay bills. Extremely frustrating and stressful, who can you trust in todayâ s society.

I unequivocally recommend Timeless Sunsets for deck and arbor work. We worked with Doug first to design and plan the deck. Doug was patient and thorough spending a full afternoon measuring and getting feedback on the proposed design. Once we agreed on the proposed deck plan, Doug was able to bring several Timber tech and Trex samples to choose from. Warning: many styles are on back order due to supply chain issues, not Timeless Sunsetâ s fault at all. The demo phase started as promised 2 weeks after singing the contract. Adrian and Brent were our construction crew, both were communicative and professional. Initially the crew was trying to keep the original frame to help save on costs, but after removing the old deck it was clear that it needed to be replaced. Of course we were not thrilled that we had to replace the frame, but The team adjusted quickly and did a great job. Our deck was over 1000 square feet, quite an investment but we could not be happier with the results. In a world where you hear about contractors, not completing work or delivering substandard work, I highly recommend Timeless Sunset as a trusted partner for all your deck and patio needs.

Many factors figured into this job, but overall, I am very pleased with the job and workmanship. The job was finished to my request and specifications. Factors that figured in were: weather, supply issues, equipment issues, a weekday work week for the technician performing the job, and unforeseen wood rot damage forced a change order and an increase in price quote. The technician was friendly and very experienced, but on several days, worked at the job site, less hours than a bank is open. Sometimes he was tending to equipment or supply issues, but I suspect this was not always the case. A minor issue that occurred was the cleaning up at the finished job site, Hundreds of wood screws from the original deck surface were left, both underneath the deck and near the deck in the grass were they could have been hit by a lawn mower. The technician told me they would be picked by a strong magnet that he had, but its evident that he never used it. I picked up by hand and a magnet that I had, HUNDREDS of wood screws that were left.

Timeless Sunsets completed a beautiful deck at our home. Their quality and accuracy of work created an above satisfactory deck. Workmanship and attention to details were excellent. The employees who completed the deck were honest, professional, knowledgeable, and worked with collaboration skills and teamwork, which allowed for timely completion of our deck. I highly recommend Timeless Sunsets for your deck.

I liked the owner. Never met him. I did not particularly like the guy who built the deck. He did not work all day every day and had one excuse after another.

Amazing Experience from these seasoned veterans of pergolas. I would absolutely hire them again. John made things right after we thought this was going to be a rabbit hole. GREAT communication. The PRICE was absolutely worth it. And the BUILD was AWESOME! My wife loves it.

If you are looking for a high quality, custom engineered deck, I would highly recommend contacting John Anderson (210 669 2325), owner of Timeless Sunsets Decks and Patios. We have had two different deck companies work in separate areas at our house and while the first company was certainly a good end product, it seemed a little expensive. The cost of the work that John's team did for us was very reasonable compared the quote for the exact same deck from the other provider. Also, the part part I sincerely appreciated, is that John swung by as the work was being accomplished to make sure everything was progressing and that we were pleased with the way his team was performing. No extra charges, exactly what we wanted, met the promised start and finished dates, and we couldn't be happier. A great, quality deck with over and above attention to satisfying the customer.

Poor work. Was promised 1 day completion, took 5. Owner threatened to fight me when I pointed out issues we were having getting the work completed. I see more and more flaws everyday. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! Robert Colunga the supposed owner is rude and absolutely the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. VERY poor workmanship and absolutely no response to our calls on trying to fix their issues. We have water leaking inside our walls due to the very substandard workmanship they performed in installing our awnings. Not level, loose joints did not install flashing or caulk on wall plates. This so-called owner has been blowing us off since July on these issues and when I reached him this morning, he hung up on me because I guess I was not politically correct with him as I was a bit upset about this STILL not being remedied after 5 months! In summary SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF TIME AND MONEY GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR DECKING OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT THIS COMPANY SAYS THEY CAN DO!!!!! If I could give them negative stars I would.

Very personable company. On our first visit Joey was able to design a deck for us that we wanted which included tearing down the existing deck and when we changed our minds about couple of features he redesigned it for us with no problem. The framers were professional and did an amazing job. John was overseeing the work every couple of days and ensured us our deck will look amazing when done. Couldn't be more happy with the results. Definitely recommend hiring this company

This company built a 33 foot by 10 foot sunroom for me and did a beautiful, professional job in 8 days. Which also included finishing the inside. I couldn't have found a better company to work for me. The crew's workmanship was of the highest standard!

They will always do what's best for the customer. We appreciate them getting the project done quickly, but yet ensured all the details in making our deck look fantastic. We are going to have so many memories on this deck, we appreciate the 110% they gave on our project.

Some roof repair from water damage. New concrete floor, screened in porch, two toned paint finish. It looks fabulous! John Anderson was friendly and professional. All of our request were fulfilled!

If I could give these guys a 10, I would. This team is courteous and professional and very affordable. Scott was awesome to work with as well as his entire team. Jose my stain guy was also really great. Did a fantastic job on the staining. I have already referred this company to other people!
